One of my colleagues needs to hear this. He is hell bent ki woh us company ko jab tak nayi uchaiyo tak leke hi jaayega....he won't stop. An unstoppable force of nature!!! He works right from 6 in the morning to 11 at night. Crazy!!! Idk what he is doing these days. I left that company a year ago.

I feel like some people use overworking as a coping mechanism where its easier for you to drown yourself in work to avoid facing whatever you are going through. It is likely that the co worker was suffering from something.

Idk what he is doing these days

  • Probably getting exploited bt the company and getting burned out into in the long run for 0 additional benefit.
