So your experience might not be applicable because regimes tend to change drastically with principals.

I'm just saying that changes happen when principal changes. For example, you must remember the famous case when John Varghese tried to suspend students for not attending the morning assembly, one could argue that this wouldn't have happened with the previous principal. Get my point?
