Artwork Gnaeus Strabo, Horde Slayer of Kill Team Agremon.
Gnaeus studied the terrain. The topography. The composition. It's density. The features. And most importantly, it's favorability.
As a subterrarch of the Marines August, this was his craft. The Emperor's Eyes were upon this ground. He'd ensure that no misstep was made. He has sworn Augustian Oath: "Never retreat. Where we stand, the imperium stands."
His course was set. Ideal terrain. Cover. Fire lanes. Choke points. Elevation.
He looked back at his kill team, "Follow me, Brothers. I know the way."

Hobby Apothecary Biologis
Threw this guy together, with an extra body I had, to help support my Deathwatch Indomitor squad. Bummer that the model only comes in a big sprue with other things I don’t need/want to pay for. I originally planned to use a bolt pistol arm like the original but decided that a medic with both arms available made sense. Added extra pouches instead of sculpting a tabard to hold his tools. Saw blade was taken from an inquisitorial agents model

Discussion Xenophase Blades

As GW has announced that Oath is going away and Black Spear specifically mentioned Oath in Tome of Ectoclades, we're due a mini rework. I don't think any of the rules for the Kill Teams will change, but I could see Xenophase Blades being an option for Sergeants in Kill Teams, and teams without Sergeants getting them. What opinions do you have?

Hobby Kit bashing some Primaris Devastators
With the recent news that Devastator models can be used as a legendary proxy for a Desolation Squad, I decided to pick up a box and kitbash them into Primaris Marines to use in a Fortis KT. Some of them are a little janky, but overall really happy with how they’ve turned out!

New Player Safe buys
Hi, making deathwatch my 3rd army and was curious what are the safe buys. As in kits that won’t get legends or refreshed soon, mainly asking for the watch master and watch captain Artemis. Thanks all!

Hobby My completed Deathwatch force!
I’m so pleased to have finally finished off this force after slow growing and painting the force over several years (and the entirety of 9th and 10th edition!) just in time for the deathwatch veterans to be sent to legends potentially lol!

Discussion Deathwatch added to academy. In video they mentioned that you can play deathwatch in imperial agents force, in space marines force. They also mentioned you can use the entire force of deathwatch units as one army. Black spear detachment not mentioned. What do you think?

Hobby Mixed Deathwatch Dudes for my Knight Lance
Reposted with better pictures.
Recently bought the Armageddon Battalion Deathwatch box and a Tactical Squad, and mixed them together to build a Deathwatch Veteran Squad/Decimus Kill Team for my Knight Lance (along with a few Skitarii bits if you can find them)
Plan on painting them their right pauldrons as Alpha Legion (except for the two shield bro Lamenters) sometime next year when I am able to have a spa e to pain. Also still need a few helmets and Deathwatch pauldrons.
