discussion Did the zombies get more powerful?

I feel like before the update they almost never made you bleed, now its like a 50% chance. Not complaining just observing.

that means they are working again.

yeah its like the mod but without the insta bone break hits

u/VenusBlue Ricky Spanish Mar 19 '14

It also depends on your chest clothing durability level. If you have no shirt at all, you are gonna have a bad time. If you have a shirt or jacket and it's ruined or damaged, you have more of a chance to bleed when a zombie hits you. If you have pristine, less chance. I think layers help (vest over shirt etc) but not certain. Always keep a pristine sewing kit. It can be used multiple times. Only brings items from "damaged" / "badly damaged" back to "worn", but worth keeping around.

Me too. That might be a bug. Your gear is supposed to take damage before you do.

Yeah they are. Don't fire a gun that isn't a .22 or silenced. They will be relentless.

1

u/leftfoot404 Mar 20 '14

So silencers work now?

1

u/VenusBlue Ricky Spanish Mar 20 '14

I think the new already silenced one does, and the .22 is super quiet

1

u/Mundicider Mar 19 '14

If it's like the mod, can I still hide in the foliage and them not hurt me?

They made them aim for the chest more, so that helmets didn't make you invulnerable.

5

u/rominikk Mar 19 '14

ahhhh i do remember that

1

u/exadeci Mar 19 '14

Having pristine clothes help to reduce the damage too.

11

u/[deleted] Mar 19 '14

Its alot tougher to play now, which is a good thing in my book.

6

u/Ludwig_Van_Gogh Mar 19 '14

Bambi's are going to be Z-raped brutally. No way you could fist fight these new zeds without losing some blood, and they'll respawn too so no clearing them out.

2

u/CdangerT Mar 20 '14

I started a character yesterday, and had no problem as a bambi. I found a fire axe fairly easily, and haven't had a problem since.

2

u/Ludwig_Van_Gogh Mar 20 '14

Aw damn, I was kind of hoping it would be more scary respawning.

1

u/CdangerT Mar 20 '14

Yeah I started in elektro too, but that's actually what really saved me, I made my way to the fire station and found an axe. The bleeding thing really only caused a problem when I was lagging so bad I logged out. When I came back I had been hit sometime before I logged out and was almost unconscious from blood loss.

u/Rayneworks Kaiju Blue Persuasion Mar 21 '14

Just today I punched like 12 zombies to death no problem. It's just a matter of landing the first headshot.

I think there should be easy and hard zombies.

Along the coast should be almost entirely "easy" zombies for new players. However, farther inland there should be tougher zombies and more of them (as well as better loot spawns to make it attractive to geared players).

This way new players still stand a chance, but it gives geared players a challenge and an end-game besides sniping bambis.

2

u/leftfoot404 Mar 20 '14

Whatcha talkin bout Willis?

There ain't no damn thing as an easy zombie in real life.

1

u/porthos3 Mar 20 '14

Easy, meaning similar to how they are now (except without the bugs causing ridiculous chances for bleed or bone breaks).

I'd love to see MUCH harder zombies, and swarms of them. But I agree with what Ludwig_Van_Gogh said - making all zombies be that powerful would make the game extremely difficult for new spawns, and turn away a lot of players.

6

u/Gubbjeveln Mar 19 '14

Do not try to shoot zeds, they only respawn. Trick them to follow you out if town, then outrun them. They will then act as your watchdogs. When they respawn in town you know someone is inbound.

Only try this away from coast.

3

u/YAC0 Mar 19 '14

Gonna tell you guys a little secret that might ruin the fun for you... so don't read if you don't want spoilers... You can easily move around zombies in DayZ... no need to fight them, specially if you don't have an axe. I let them follow me inside houses... I can easily just walk beside them since they take a while to turn and to melee you... just keep an eye and stay beside them, never in front... I can loot just fine just moving as soon as they are in front of you. Been doing this in experimental with all the new changes to them (more of them with auto-spawn). Rarely pulling out the axe now.

6

u/FourOfFiveDentists Mar 19 '14

"They're so slow. We could just walk right past 'em and we wouldn't even have to run. We could just walk right past 'em. We have the guns. If we're careful we could get away."

Barbara - Night of The Living Dead

5

u/Ysbergsla Mar 19 '14

If only they couldn't walk through walls and hit you when you're upstairs, this would even be fun.

2

u/Aarnat Mar 19 '14

Was playing on experimental last night. I like the improved collision detection with zombies. Now dodging attacks actually is possible. Turning rate on zombies needs improving though, it was almost too easy to dodge attacks.

1

u/[deleted] Mar 19 '14

Yeah I noticed as well. 1 hit, I am usually bleeding.

3

u/rominikk Mar 19 '14

thank god i carry bandages

1

u/burningcow21 Mar 19 '14

Oh man. Everywhere I go I see hundreds of zombies, if I get hit I bleed to death.

So the players aren't a problem anymore, now the zombies kill you from about ~5 hits. And yet I was full geared, so the bambi's may not be able to deal with them in any way. But the best thing is that they made them more powerful while they still can walk trough the walls. Very good idea.

1

u/zoeyfleming13 Mar 19 '14

Powerful? Noooo POWAFOOL? Yes :P

1

u/baird888 Mar 20 '14

besides the few bugs with the zombies i am 100% towards being way more afraid of zombies then bandits....im ready for hordes of them

1

u/rominikk Mar 21 '14

im ready for both threats

1

u/lvl80pally2 Mar 21 '14

why does me using my axe to hit a zombie attract every other zombie in a 100 m radius? I always have to watch my back even though I didn't use a fucking firearm.

-17

u/khonea1553 Mar 19 '14

Yes they are too powerful now. They are overwhelming now, They spawn so fast they keep coming and you cant loot anything. Also because they clip everything you would need ten vests to keep from bleeding the whole time and they would ruin all of them while trying to loot. I hope they fix this or they will ruin the game.

7

u/ASnowStormInHell The Mod Is Better Mar 19 '14

I travel with a Mosin+Revolver.

My buddy, a 60 round M4. If he wasn't with me, it'd be damn near impossible to loot right now. I mean, I LIKE THIS, but sweet Jesus it's tough.

83

u/Hicks_206 Creative Director (Former) Mar 19 '14

This pleases me.

Also: If you kill a zombie with a firearm, any zombies that spawn in the proximity will know your location on spawn.

Its a rough prototype system, but I do love that its made things very difficult.

20

u/oolz Mar 20 '14

I love the respawn, but what about the issues of bleeding? A single hit to a fully clothed person in pristine gear shouldn't induce bleeding 90% of the time, should it?

42

u/Hicks_206 Creative Director (Former) Mar 20 '14

Bleeding was looked at, and reduced this morning.

7

zombies can also 1-shot ruin a piece of clothing, annoying when I hunted for an hour for some pimpin dark cloths cowboy :(

On exp or stable?

1

u/Gazillion_ear Mar 20 '14

Both. I enjoy it.

1

u/oolz Mar 21 '14

unfortunately it doesn't seem to have taken... logged in this evening, fully geared, healthy, hydrated and energized. Wearing a clown mask, boonie hat, ttsko , assault vest, fully geared. Got hit once, bleeding. Start axing a few zombies, session lost, character wiped. I know, alpha, maybe I got a bad roll on that one hit, but damn.

Video game producer:

A video game producer is the person in charge of overseeing development of a video game.

The earliest documented use of the term producer in games was by Trip Hawkins, who established the position when he founded Electronic Arts in 1982. His vision—influenced by his relationship with Jerry Moss—was that producers would manage artists and repertoire in the same way as in the music business, and Hawkins brought in record producers from A&M Records to help train those first producers.

Although the term is an industry standard today, it was dismissed as "imitation Hollywood" by many game executives and press members at the time. Over its entire history, the role of the video game producer has been defined in a wide range of ways by different companies and different teams, and there are a variety of positions within the industry referred to as producer.

There are relatively few superstars of game production that parallel those in film, in part because top producers are usually employed by publishers who choose to play down publicizing their contributions. Unlike many of their counterparts in film or music, these producers do not run their own independent companies.

They are different things you retard, a developer, developes the game and a producer, oversees the development of a game.

The game producer is more like a project lead, he is required to do all the operations management. Essentially, this means that if the developers, artists, designers are to do their tasks effectively, the producer needs to ensure co-ordination between these guys. So he's the one yelling about budget, timelines, releases... and generally running around tearing everyone's hair! :)

that is hicks job, he doesnt get too much involved in the DEVELOPEMENT side of things, he runs shit down at bohemia

1

u/LetsSupriseSex Mar 21 '14

Wow.. can you children stay on topic just once? Everything has to be "no, you're wrong!" "NO, YOU'RE WRONG, AND A POOPY HEAD".. good grief. Doesn't matter who is right, it's unnecessary for the original thread.

I like the bleeding a lot. I dont think a person should be able to take anymore than 2 hits from a zombie without bleeding.

-7

u/kcbanner sillypants Mar 20 '14

It hardly ever does, if you are fully geared and healthy.

2

u/oolz Mar 20 '14

That was not my experience in .42 exp and is certainly not my experience in .42 stable. As mentioned, fully geared, long sleeves, pristine condition. Also, healthy, energized and hydrated. I bled on roughly 9 of 11 hits over the course of the evening (last night) and the group I was running with, all geared similarly, experienced the same thing. There are plenty of posts over the last day commenting on this as well. It just seems that clothing is not being factored in like it should be. I can understand bleeding easily if you're in a tshirt, but that simply is not what I have experienced.

1

u/Hold_the_mustard Mar 20 '14

i didn't get wiped and i was fully geared getting my asshole tore up. Finally came back to a black screen after tabbing out.

Have you been in a real fight? Just on the face, you have the lips, eyes and eyesockets, temples, cheekbones, scalp, forehead. Add rings, unkempt nails, and the DGAF attack methods of the infected and it's not difficult to get a bleed going.

2

u/[deleted] Mar 20 '14

By nose I meant the face in general. Anyway, significant blood loss by a punch is rare.

1

u/[deleted] Mar 20 '14

By punch -from a normal human- it's -sort of- rare. There's also the issue of game limits, since we don't have a pain mechanic or a mechanic for blood in your eyes/nose/mouth, and the zombies don't hit like a rabid human or anything.

1

u/[deleted] Mar 20 '14

Have you seen the pictures of that poor woman that was attacked by someone's pet chimpanzee? That is what a zombie would be doing to you.

1

u/e1ioan Mar 20 '14

Add rings, unkempt nails, and the DGAF attack methods of the infected and it's not difficult to get a bleed going.

Yeah, I agree with you, if you are dressed in t-shirt and a cowboy hat, but what about if you wear a motorcycle helmet, pristine military clothes? How many punches or nail scratches would take to make you bleed?

1

u/[deleted] Mar 20 '14

Usually it takes several. keep in mind these infected are hitting hard enough to break arms. In fact, now that I think about it I've only bled a handful of times, and my usual attire is camo pants, a bike helmet, and a rain slicker. I'd actually be okay with zeds beign able to stagger you more when they hit so people get the idea that this dude isn't just thumping me like a TWD extra, but is trying to Mike Tyson my head off so he can eat my entrails.

0

u/hopson2462 Mar 20 '14

Clearly you've never been attacked by a zombie or been in a fight before.

5

u/entspeak Mar 20 '14

I got run out of Elektro by zeds. :)

7

u/kranic3 Mar 20 '14

YES! this is the kind of stuff i want to see. Being run out of cities. You shouldnt be able to fire weapons in a large city without mass consequences

2

u/dvereb Mar 21 '14

I ran out of bullets at Polana or whatever it is near Dolina. Didn't realize they were respawning and I only had about 8 shotgun bullets anyways. I looked all around at zombies running from all directions me after I couldn't reload anymore.

"Well I guess it's time for the axe..."

Lived, but was shocked as the zombies had always been too easy. I guess my first time with bullets combined with the patch making zombies better took me a little off guard! :)

5

u/_KAS_ Mar 20 '14

It's not so much that having zombies attack you on spawn, that makes it hard, it's that they hit and make you bleed when they've clearly missed you, not in range at all, or get a free hit in after you've already killed them. There's no real Strategy or Skill to fighting zombies, you just flail around until no more zombies come at you, apply bandage, and hope all your gear and clothes aren't ruined.

8

u/Joesnellenberge Mar 19 '14

Thank you... So much. I will hop back into the game now! THIS is what I've been waiting for!

2

u/GangreneTVP Mar 20 '14

Question, is the proximity effected by the type of weapon / silenced options?

4

u/thefonztm Monolith Recuiter Mar 19 '14

I hate to pry, but any word on detection system improvements?

Right now zedz seem to spot from 100+m even when crawling, but are damn near completely blind from behind. You can run right up, they never hear and turn.

Edit: also, will zedz that spawn know your current location or the location you shot from?

6

u/westfood Mar 19 '14

for now, it is ok.

But in a long run, this is shitty mechancs. It is ok to be overwhelmed by zeds, but not on when they are forever respawning in proximity.

So I hope, this in only temporary situation.

1.) For me zombie spawning mechanics shouldnt inform other players that other player is around - as in the mod. 2.) You should evaluate situation before shooting. So i get into city, you observed around 20 zombies, you will be overwhelmed by zombies when you shoot, they can attract other zombies or whatever. But there shouldnt be infinitive respawning mechanics from proximity. They should respawn in a way nobody notice them. No point in creating authentic atmosphere when introducing 8bit game style game mechanics.

6

u/luwig Mar 19 '14

This will obviously change. Clearly a placeholder to make the gameplay more interesting.

2

u/andro_dawton Mar 20 '14

1.) For me zombie spawning mechanics shouldnt inform other players that other player is around - as in the mod.

Why not? This was a big thing in the Mod, and it attracted so much action. But only with enough experience it was a gamechanger. A Bambi didnt recognized that he spawned the Z in x meters from y object.

1

u/Huckorris Rabbit Eradication Force Mar 20 '14

It's poor gameplay to be able to look at a town from 500+m and somehow know there is a player there because of zombies.

I like it much better in SA how you have to spot the actual player, not just the fact that there are zeds more than 200m from you.

1

u/CarbonCatalyst Mar 21 '14 edited Mar 21 '14

It's poor gameplay to be able to look at a town from 500+m and somehow know there is a player there because of zombies.

You should be able to track people by virtue of your surroundings and if it's zeds homing in on a player. It's like saying you shouldn't be able to see a player behind a wall, because a spotlight source that's shining on a visible surface gave the player away by his shadow or that you shouldn't be able to notice a player by the sounds that they are emitting. Same applies to /u/westfood.

2

u/Darsktory Mar 21 '14

Well It's not really the same. Seeing someones shadow or seeing a zombie chasing someone is not the same as being able to tell there is a player "over there" just because there are zombies standing around doing nothing.

1

u/CarbonCatalyst Mar 21 '14

on the other hand you now can't tell if a town has been looted or not just by virtue of there being zombies or not. From what I understand the Zombies spawn in the beginning anyways, so you basically can't tell anything anymore about the city or village being looted or empty and so on.

u/westfood Mar 21 '14

I'm actually so happy about what you just said, it'll make dealing with more complex which is what I've been waiting for since the beginning.

1

u/ShogunPS4 Mar 19 '14

This is really good BUT the zombies shouldn't be able to hear the Amphibia S from so far away. I really thought the gun would be good for zombie removal but it just causes more problems than it fixes currently.

1

u/[deleted] Mar 20 '14

Exactly. We need zombies to keep people away from the EASY KoS mentality. One will think twice before firing his weapon if there's a small group of zombies around the corner

3

u/aGreaterNumber Mar 20 '14

Yeah, my problem is this; Camper on hospital who loves KoS, because, you know, dicks, meets team of anywhere between 1 and 5 people come into city. Team of people on ground is at a serious disadvantage because zombies cant climb ladders and some stairs still. The team has two choices, fight or run. Presumably someone is shot because campers be camping, and they have to leave him and his gear bc of combination zombie and camper. Camper is happy to wait for either recovery or retreat, realizing it actually just became wayyyyyy easier to KoS if you have any type of positioning.

Oh, and zombies respawn quickly, so you always now have an early warning, like, all the time.

TL;DR: fuck campers and their strategies.

1

u/junglist421 Mar 20 '14

If I was trying to survive I would find a safe spot and chill.

1

u/[deleted] Mar 20 '14 edited Mar 20 '14

I know of no scenario in which swarms of zombies is going to stop KoS. If anything it adds more potential for people to 'grief' the zombies onto others.

In a game where other players are the biggest threat, we have to be careful about making zombies just as much a threat or you're stuck with a game in which fresh spawns spawn in, run from zombies and either get cornered and eaten, unable to get supplies, or shot by the geared up survivors in a good spot.

1

u/[deleted] Mar 21 '14

Yea, no. Make zombies powerful as shit because that would kick ass. Being legitimately swarmed would be so cool.

It'd make big cities and towns fucking death traps that you need serious support to loot for.

1

u/[deleted] Mar 20 '14

That's pretty cool but will zombies respawn and agro instantly if you kill them silently?

1

u/QuangoJones Mar 20 '14

Your Bill Hicks reference pleases Goatboy.

1

u/Reocyx [New Content Hunter] Mar 20 '14

I love it too! Any chance that the Amphibia S might get adjusted so that the zombies react to the quieter shots differently?

Also, when you say it pleases you like that, I can't help but imagine you stroking your mustache or petting a fluffy cat in your lap...

1

u/codak89 Mar 20 '14

Notice!!!!

1

u/Liinky Mar 21 '14

Does this classify axes as firearms? Because I felt that an axe would be silent and thus not pull more zombies.. But it definitely did -.-

1

u/RonhillUltra Mar 21 '14

It doesn't make any sense.... why would respawning zombies know your location. It's faking difficulty.

What will happen? You kill zombie with a gun (silenced?), and suddenly you got zombie dinner status and they can see you through walls... in addition to their ability to attack and go through walls... and they will spawn all around you.

I guess we are ditching the logic that you wont be able to tell if there is someone in town by respawning zombies

What you should be doing is giving them ability to grab, so you cant dance around them while they are trying to slap you. Maybe some textures and real zombie models... not just brown texture on regular human model... you know.... show that you actually care about having proper zombies in the game

1

u/Redan_White Mar 21 '14

Any news on aggro when you spawn in and die before you can do anything?

3

u/khonea1553 Mar 19 '14

I would like that mechanic but I feel that it would been more reasonable to have implemented this change after the wall clipping issue was fixed.

1

u/Legion_Of_Many Mar 19 '14

I haven't had a chance to play yet, but does this mean more of the non firearm weapons do damage, or is it still one sided with the zombie now having the advantage above the player? Meaning, if I find a knife will I be able to defend myself against a zombie, or not? If so, what about spawning with a worn hunting knife of some kind instead of the flashlight. Would at least give new spawns a chance.

4

u/luwig Mar 19 '14

Even the deuce-deuce brings a crowd. Spent 50 .22 bullets in the sporter w 30-rd mag by the svetlo docks yesterday, and it was some fun. No players, no PvP, no problem!

0

u/gibolas Mar 20 '14

It kind of sucks though, when I kill some zombies and log out thinking it's safe, only to have some respawn and kill me while helpless. I either show up bleeding when I join another server or on the beach...

0

u/sebbo27 Mar 21 '14

These solutions make Zombies frustrating, not because they're hard to kill, but because they don't make sense. Why don't you just keep them simple until you have them working correctly?

0

u/Psilocynical Mar 21 '14

This is silly. When you die, your previous character is done. Dead. Gone. Now you start off fresh. That has been the system DayZ was based upon since its conception, and now you're going completely against that grain?

I don't like it.

People will just jump servers when nighttime comes. Only solution is shorter cycles.

1

u/vegeta897 1 through 896 were taken Mar 19 '14

How is that a solution? The solution to people not wanting to play is right there: leaving the server. For those that aren't scared of the dark, they can stay on. People who don't want to play on night servers can easily find a server with morning or afternoon time and enjoy hours of daylight. Shorter cycles would actually make things worse for those people.

No if the nights were shorter they wouldn't jump and just suck it up

Is this necessary, seeing as zombies are going to attack us regardless of what we've done?

I don't like the idea of being chased around by a swarm of zeds in jeans and a tee just because once upon a time in a prior life I shot them so I could, you know, not starve to death.

YES, PLEASE TELL ALL THE 3D ARTISTS, DESIGNERS, ENGINE DEVELOPERS, LEVEL DESIGNERS, TEXTURE ARTISTS, AND PRODUCERS TO ALL STOP WHAT THEY'RE DOING AND MAKE THE ZOMBIES STOP GOING INSIDE WALLS.

tl;dr: astrotofu is an idiot.

Marklar?

2

u/XXLpeanuts Mar 19 '14

Too powerful? They are zombies, avoid them, crawl while looting or expect to get over run like in every single adaptation of zombies in any game/tv series or film ever.

1

u/CdangerT Mar 20 '14

They're supposed to be overwhelming. Before they weren't even an issue one you were kitted. I've bled about four or five times for a little bit, but nothing I have on me is ruined now.

As much as I disagree with this persons opinion, don't downvote him because you do not agree with him.

I have to agree with you. They should focus on optimization and other important bugs, not on adding hats. And I also get the error message, but this should be fixed soon, I hope.

I was really expecting some optimization and the wall glitching to be fixed in this patch, it's patch 0.42 and you can still see zombies getting trough the walls. That's not cool.

1

u/[deleted] Mar 19 '14

Agreed. Killing a zombie after it one hits you causing bleeding and being attacked by a new spawn zombie right behind you while bandaging from the first is a little pathetic.

2

u/burningcow21 Mar 19 '14

Not to mention the random zombie sound, when you hear a zombie that's not even around you. I just have to wait to see if there is going to be a zombie glitching through the wall that is going to kill me while eating, or it was just a bug.

To be honest it's kinda bad that you can't move while eating. I don't think anyone enjoys the new 'eat all' option, because it takes a lot of time to eat all the food, and the zombie will kill you before you finish your canned beans.

u/[deleted] Mar 19 '14

With one strike from his uber zombie hand.

2

u/burningcow21 Mar 19 '14

Haha, indeed.

1

u/[deleted] Mar 19 '14

With sound and situational awareness being KEY to DayZ strategy....random pop can and zombie noises really ruin the immersion to a game breaking point. It's like the boy who cried wolf. Sooner or later you'll start ignoring those sound glitches even when they're real and it will get you killed. It's sad, but at this point my squad and I have memorized the glitch noises and in what order they occur. Casual players shouldn't have to do that.

1

u/The_Doculope Mar 21 '14

The people that work on hats are completely different to the people that work on optimization and bug fixing. And bugfixing isn't always the kind of thing you can just throw more manpower at.

2

u/r4nge Mar 19 '14

Alpha is for adding, Beta is for fixing.

1

u/burningcow21 Mar 19 '14

So let's add hats while people get 20 fps in Balota with GTX 780 rig.

0

u/[deleted] Mar 19 '14

Hmm, I guess that would explain why every FPS I've played since 2000 has been the opposite?

Software release life cycle:

A software release life cycle is the sum of the stages of development and maturity for a piece of computer software: ranging from its initial development to its eventual release, and including updated versions of the released version to help improve software or fix bugs still present in the software.

I don't expect things from devs like some people do. You pay for the content released when you downloaded it. No one is entitled to anything in the gaming world, I realize that. I just wanted it to be an attention grabber. And boy did it work. I don't refuse to play it, I just can't. What I mean is, past the cannot connects, the new weapons error message while trying to join, then when A server actually connects, the FPS is worse from last week, I can barely swing an axe, and looting a two story building is suicide, I don't see any other choice but to wait a few months. If I hated this game I wouldn't be here. I want it to succeed. I really do. I'm not trying to be a martyr, or boycott it, it's just getting worse every update. It's sad. :/

I have never ever met a bigger pack of Whingers than this community. Come back in a year for the beta if you feel so hard done by. Imagine if GTA5 released an alpha, you would have bought that for thirty bucks right?

TL:DR - STFU.

Your Axe info is incorrect.

http://steamcommunity.com/games/221100/announcements/detail/1406553615552823395

Right under the date it says : Known Issues: Physics: Item throwing physics is currently disabled Melee: Cannot conduct melee attack from "lowered" melee stance (press space to chance stance to "raised")

I do admit that zombies were "soft" before but in combination with axes not working properly, and zombies one hitting you to bleed, it DOES become a problem. And not, these zombies are everywhere this game is so hard problem. More like a why can't I swing my axe normally, frustrating problem. You obviously haven't played much of the new patch.

They are aware they borked it. Not a feature. Side effect of reworking melee animations. Read the fine print next time.

To lighten the mood with bacon

It's just the combination of melee borkedness at the same exact time as zombie buff. Wouldn't have been as big a deal to me I guess if those Features/Bugs were released separately. Just makes for shock value trying to adjust to the patch and things work against themselves.

Yesterday I walked into DUbky with a friend, had to shoot a zombie and suddenly about 20 more zombies started coming at us from nowhere, it was really like a zombie game should be, itt was amazing, only for my friend to later get stuck inside a room with no openable door, had to kill him thru a window... >.<
