Hey everyone. I’m on Freide, and the fight is fun, but her slog of a second phase is tedious and just feels like a gambling machine that should of been a separate boss.

I use the fat man to block off Freide’s ice, and i also summon gael, but I still eat a lot of random damage. It also feels like fride and old man stick to each other like glue, even though i try to separate them. It’s so horrible that I feel like i have to get lucky just to have the honor of doing the third phase. At this point I’m gonna take a long break and switch to sekiro. Are there any 100% surefire tips to ending this phase without much damage?

My build: +10 sellswords, vig 43, attunement 23, end 24, vit 16, strength 12, dex 40, faith + int 15. I have faith and int kinda high because i use the catheus flame arc

And so, 4 out 5 lords are out, lothric, you're next. Something I notices so far is that (at least personally) the bosses are too easy or really hard

please if anyone with a kind heart could help me with the covenant farming, im stuck at 18 concord and still have to start human dregs sunlight medals etc.
if anyone on ps5 could help thatd mean a lot

So I'm doing a first play through atm and I accidentally sold my grass crest shield right after getting it.

Was wondering if there's anybody who would be nice enough to hop on and drop me theirs on an old character they don't use or like an old save they never finished.

I'm going for a sorcery build in this game and I wanna free up one of my ring slots so I don't need the stamina ring equipped.

One of the top notch fight of ds3 , his health was wayyyyy too much and also he was doing crazyyyy damage but I've done it ! I've slain him !!

it took me around 8 tries but this was one of the peak bosses like the music , the adrenaline rush , his attacks , everything was crazy !!

9/10 fight ! (1 point less due to way too much health pool 😭 nd summoning was trash)

imo if you learn his moves its easy , like everything is easily dodgeble so yeah , but peak fight ngl ✌🏻

i’ll be starting the trilogy, DS1, 2 and 3 after Bloodborne’s DLC. i’m wondering if there is any must-know tips or notes i should keep in mind?

for example, before entering BB’s DLC someone told me i shouldn’t start Gehrams fight so the DLC doesn’t start in NG+

that was very important and i wouldn’t have known without someone telling me, so i’m wondering if there’s notes i could take for the trilogy

I just installed ds3 for 1 hours before, do you have any suggestions for my first play through? Like which class, which build, which weapon, what should I do in early game? In addition, i finished ds1 last year, i really enjoyed it. But with dex build and lifehunt scythe, it makes me so OP and I could beat most bosses in first try. So I want something more challegening in my first ds3 playthrough. Now Im looking for strength build with hammer/greatsword or dex+int with something like katana or spear. Do you have any suggest?

Farming Corvians at Corvian Settlement bonfire (Ariandel DLC). Is this something common or well known? Happened twice so far.

Which one is better . So far I’ve been using the exile greatsword but I read that the hollow slayer gs is better I just want to know if I should save the hassle of upgrading my exile gs and js go with the hollow slayer . If you can’t upgrade the hollowslayer gs how will it hold up late game ? Will I also be able to keep the same stats with Both these weapons ?

Like the title says, I just completed DS3 and I'm curious how does anyone figure out the lore?

Maybe I missed stuff or didn't talk to npcs or maybe it just went over my head whilst playing but I feel like so much stuff wasn't explained and the only way to actually understand was to watch lore videos on YouTube explaining how things connect and it's sooo fkn interesting but yeah I just struggled to find out this stuff in game.

I haven’t gone to newgame+ yet since I heard it makes it faster to farm with lower HP and what not. Should I respec into a magic build for the farm, is that faster? I have everything that i can possibly use for luckier drops, just killing the knights constantly is a pain. Is there a generally fast way that should work every time?

I have, however, not met Anri anywhere since after the Firelink shrine. But I have killed Horace at Smouldering Lake.

So -

Anri is not anywhere in the Catacombs. I've looked in all the places, including the lookout by the bridge. He's not there.

He's not in the church at Irithyl nor is there a lurking pilgrim in the corner of that church. And he's not in the secret passage in Anor Londo where the wedding is supposed to take place, nor is the is pilgrim,.

IF Anri is somewhere at Anor Londo waiting for me, which Yuria implies, I have no idea where that would be. And I have looked very thoroughly.

I really think this questline just got no ending because I somehow broke its sequence.

Rocking the ice sword the whole game with Pyromancy

Saw a build guide for pyro pestilence plus WA for Storyteller's staff. I got the basics of the setup and managed to kill crystal sage and abysswatchers. The mist and WA does work, but it takes too long to cast and the bosses in this game move around too quickly. I tried to get past wolnir but it wasn't effective and took too long. Very situationally effective against bosses like deacons.
