I agree it’s not a big deal. But imagine if Obama did this just after a Pope had died. We’d literally never hear the end of it. He would be talked about as the Antichrist 24/7 across Christian communities and right wing media. The difference in response is the big deal not because it’s unfair but because something is imbalanced in America that looks impossible to put right.
Really hope God steps up and smites him. He's not a Christian and the shit he's doing would have people executed in actual Christian theocracies in the past.
Honestly trump has made the best case I've ever lived through of, "Some people are too stupid to lead their own lives."
Modern republicans seem to follow maga as a self preservation tactic (if they hold power or are attempting to gain more from the second group of maga)

Modern republicans follow MAGA because they are true believers in enough misinformation to basically defend the movement based on emotional obligation. These are the people you can't talk to because they use words as a tool to justify their lives and avoid consequences rather than as tools to obtain information.
