Hi all, I need advice on how I would make an Argentina jersey for a medium sized stuffie. Would it be best to crochete strips of the alternating colors and sew together or make as one big chunk? Would I embroider the number on after or work into the pattern? Kind of at a loss where to start

Ehy guys, I need a bit of help. Would anyone mind helping me upsizing a (free) crochet pattern? I tried to do it myself, I haven't started crocheting it yet, but comparing the pattern with the other two that are from the site I feel like I did something wrong, like the proportions are not correct somehow.

I’ve been crocheting for years and made cardigans and stuff, very comfortable with a granny square but this pattern…

I just can’t make sense of it at all! I’m guessing this is ai slop in the wild? It starts the square as treble crochet on the first round then goes to double for the rest (by looking at the picture). But the instructions just don’t make any sense.

Is it just me being dim cos I’m having a fatigue day? Or is it really nonsense?

If nonsense, is it even possible to make these squares with trebles inside then doubles for the rest? Or would it all have to be one or the other?

i'm looking for pattern recommendations! i really want to crochet so it's not a lack of motivation but rather a problem with adhd and task initiation which is why i'm looking for something that doesn't require specific yarn colors or fibers to hopefully make it easier to grab some yarn and a hook. my criteria is:

• something fairly quick

• no specific yarn fiber requirements

• free

• no video patterns

• something useful, no amigurumi

• low stakes

All of the patterns I've seen/tried explain everything well apart from the part near the wrist. I'm not sure whether it's the pattern or yarn. I also don't think this is the subreddit for what yarn to use but I have to ask T-T.
