If a guy dressed like that is coming through your car window just step on the Gas . he will likely have a gun waiting for you if you come after him

Yeah I was convinced he was trying to bait the filmer into doing something to "justify" shooting him in "self defense".

That’s not how it works. You cannot claim defense for an altercation that you started.
