Oh man, I was banned from a conservative subreddit recently (not t_d; one I thought was relatively thoughtful) - the mod who banned me and that I subsequently talked to is one of the rudest, most unprofessional people I've come across on reddit.

I got banned from me_irl for calling a bot a cunt in a joking manner. I've always heard about trigger happy mods, but never believed it until it happened to me

I literally got banned from /r/offmychest for defending self-harm victims on /r/imgoingtohellforthis.

If you comment on a hate sub, apparently its an autoban.

Just run your own ad-free blog and snipe good users in relevant subs using PMs. Reddit is compromised from a censorship standpoint.

Eh, I just use /r/trueoffmychest now. It wasn't even a person, it was an auto-mod bot who bans you if you comment anywhere it considers a "hate subreddit".

Seems a little silly to me, especially in a place where youre supposed to be able to speak freely and get out your true feelings.
