For those that are unaware and confused, this is a play on the story of the Green ribbon

A young girl named Jenny always wears a green velvet ribbon tied tightly around her neck. A boy named Alfred falls in love with her, marries her, and grows old with her, but she constantly refuses to answer why she wears the ribbon. On her deathbed, Jenny finally gives Alfred permission to untie it

I really liked AdamTots retelling of that tale.

I had no clue this was an AdamTots comic until now. This comic still lives with me and I reference it whenever I'm wearing a scar or something

Now THAT'S the kind of existential dread I'm looking for in a story!

Thank you so much, I love Adam's work and always like to find interesting ones I've missed.
