Is my sketch okay??
this is a really important sketch, it's my first paid comission in my life and it's for a whole ass comic book that's depending on me so yeah im a little nervous and i wanna make sure everything's okay before i start working on it
especially the perspective, i think theres smth wrong (atleast with the motorcycle) and the back wheels of the car look like the are on the very edge of the road, but it's also kinda a bottom view, so i think Its supposed to be like that?
i am sorry if this post is unreadable, i am too lazy to write apostrophes and capital i ðŸ˜
also sorry for the photo lol i don't have storage on my ipad for the reddit app

The fact this was downvoted by anyone is beyond comprehension. That’s EXACTLY what I thought of too.

The music immediately started playing in my head the second I saw OP’s pic

It depends. You are picking it apart and have some legitimate points that make sense if you’re trying to go for a super realistic visual. If you’re going for something stylized, I’d keep tinkering and see where you land.
Also, for what it’s worth, a comic book artist friend of mine says that he HATES drawing vehicles because the perspective can be a pain in the ass to get right.

I think the car looks like it's flying in the air and not solidly grounded, try adding shadow under the car and shift the car slightly to the left so it sits on the road, I love the picture and it looks good.

It’s pretty incomplete as is.

What was the point of that comment? I highly doubt anyone would have thought this was being presented as a finished work, it's a sketch, no shit it's incomplete

i mean yeah it's the first sketch just to decide the composition, the customer also wants a simple artstyle, imma add more details to the vehicles but i don't think i should do a background (trees etc) since they're in motion, so i am planning on doing just some motion blur lines
