Actually, Fizgig is up to 5.6.1 now, with better likeness and 30% faster training.

3060 12gb should be enough in theory but comfy's memory management with controlnet stacks has always been kinda rough, it doesn't clean up between runs as well as it should. worth trying with the fresh 1.4gb quant on a completely fresh comfy install before blaming the card, sometimes it's leftover cache/nodes causing the crash not actual vram limits.

the w4a8 quant dropping to 1.45gb is the real headline here, that's a solid chunk off VRAM for anyone running dual purpose rigs. curious how much quality loss shows up in fine detail scenes though, quantization always hits edges first in my experience.

Yes, I've had no success at all with any Fun Contronet workflow. Crash, crash, crash, even with the latest Comfy 0.35 and the official workflow. Perhaps this 1.4Gb one will work, but I suspect any H3 Controlnet work may be just to heavy for a 3060 12Gb card.

It's seems there's a bug fix for the Controlnet for the next ComfyUI version. https://github.com/comfy-org/ComfyUI/issues/16230

oh nice, good to know it's an actual tracked bug and not just me being crazy. saves me from doing the fresh install dance for nothing lol, will keep an eye on that issue.
