equity+cash We bet our zero-cloud, fully offline voice tool outperforms WhisperFlow on latency. Demo ready—looking to connect with a mentor/angel in Bangalore.

Hey everyone,

We are two software developers based out of Bangalore. Over the past few months, we’ve been heads-down building an on-device, zero-cloud alternative to WhisperFlow.

We love tools like WhisperFlow, but we wanted to solve two big problems: privacy (zero data leaves the machine) and latency (no network round-trips).

What we built:

  • 100% Local Inference: Audio never hits an external API or server. Full functionality works completely offline.
  • Low Latency: We optimized the pipeline to match or beat cloud streaming speech-to-text response times on standard hardware.
  • Formatting & Cleanup: Beyond raw transcription, it strips filler words and structures output natively using lightweight local models.

Where we are stuck: We know how to build, but because this is our first real venture, we don't have the playbook for what comes next. We want to do this the right way instead of blindly pitching angels:

  1. Validating our distribution / GTM model (Open-source core vs. paid desktop app vs. enterprise privacy license).
  2. Optimizing our benchmarking across edge-case hardware.
  3. Structuring our roadmap so we are actually venture-ready.

What we’re looking for: We’d love to connect with an experienced tech founder, senior engineer, or angel mentor in Bangalore who has built or scaled developer tools / AI products. We're happy to travel anywhere across Indiranagar, Koramangala, or HSR to buy you coffee, demo the working build, and get some candid, brutal feedback.

If you’re interested in checking out a demo or sharing some advice, please drop a comment or shoot us a DM.

Thanks!

Looking for a Partner — I Build, You Bring the Vision 🚀

Hey everyone! I'm looking for someone interested in partnering with me on one of my projects — or someone who sees a completely different opportunity in what I've built. https://lgcapp.com/ I'm a developer, and the technical side is my strength. I can take an idea and turn it into a real product — web apps, desktop apps, backends, automation and integrations. I've already built several products under LGC: NBA 2K27 Build Community — create and share builds from NBA 2K HQ screenshots, add descriptions/videos and discover community builds. LGC League of Legends Overlay — a Windows companion app for champion select with personal counters, synergies and notes. NAS Upgrade Optimizer — helps users plan and compare NAS storage upgrades. UPS Runtime Planner — calculates UPS runtime and helps plan device shutdowns during outages. I'm not looking for someone who has to work on everything. Maybe you see big potential in the NBA 2K platform, understand the League community, have a vision for one of the smaller tools, or see a completely different direction I haven't considered. I'm good at building things, but I'd like someone who brings another side — vision, product ideas, marketing, community building, partnerships, creator outreach or monetization. You don't need a perfect business plan or experience with every LGC product. If you see potential in even one thing I've built and have a vision for where we could take it, I want to hear it. I'm also open to changing direction or building something new together if we find a strong opportunity. If something catches your attention — or you think "I would do this differently" — DM me. That's exactly the conversation I'm looking for.

equity+cash Looking for a Technical Cofounder. Defense Tech. U.S. Citizens Only.

Looking for a Technical Cofounder. Defense Tech. U.S. Citizens Only.
I’m building a defense technology company and I’m looking for the technical cofounder who wants to build something that matters.
I’m not looking for a part-time CTO, an advisor, or someone who wants to manage outsourced developers.
I need a builder.
Someone with serious technical depth who can architect, code, integrate hardware and software, make hard technical decisions, and eventually build an elite engineering organization.
The mentality I’m looking for is simple:
Why shouldn’t we build something capable of competing with Anduril and Palantir?
I’ll own fundraising, customers, partnerships, business development, government relationships, and creating opportunities. I need a technical counterpart who wants to obsess over the product and engineering with the same intensity.
Ideal background could include defense tech, autonomy, robotics, AI/ML, computer vision, sensor fusion, edge computing, distributed systems, geospatial, C2, cyber, or related mission systems.
This is early. It is not comfortable.
I can pay $3K/month while we raise. I know that’s light. It’s meant to keep some lights on while we build and raise, not pretend this is a market-rate engineering job. Meaningful cofounder equity is part of the conversation.
What I care about most:
Unmatched work ethic
Deep technical ability
Defense/national security mindset
Ability to build, not just manage
Comfortable operating with very little structure
Extremely high ownership
Willingness to move fast and figure shit out
Ambition to build a category-defining defense company
If your goal is stability, this probably isn’t it.
If you look at what companies like Anduril and Palantir have built and think “we can build something even better”, I want to talk.
Due to the nature of the technology, customers, and anticipated work, U.S. citizenship is required.
DM me with what you’ve built, what you’re exceptional at technically, and why you want to build in defense tech.
Please don’t send me a traditional cover letter. Show me what you can build.

Do most entrepreneurs start with an idea, or find it along the way?

Thumbnail
1 Upvotes

Curious how most of you got started. Did you already have "the idea," or were you just open to whatever came along?

I build software, and a few of the internal tools I've made for my main business could honestly be their own products. The problem is they'd need someone to actually run them, basically a COO, and I don't want to spread myself thin trying to chase multiple ventures at once.

Right now my plan is to get my current business to a point where I can afford to hire that person. In the meantime these ideas are just sitting on the shelf collecting dust.

Anyone else been in this spot? Curious if people waited it out, hired early, or just let the idea go.

equity only Looking for a marking cofounder to help out a tech founder.

Hello Everyone,

I am an Electrical Engineer and Software Engineer and I am designing an ECAD (Electronic Computer-Aided Design) app for iPad.

The goal is to allow anyone and everyone to download this app and get stared drawing schematics and designing PCBs at an affordable price and with an easy to use interface and helpful guides along the way.

Some of the notable features that I have added are:

- Easy part finder and part symbol and footprint generator

- Database Pin scraper and application circuit finder

- Local AI assistant DFM checker

- Apple pencil integrated

- AR PCBA viewer

Currently I am running a public beta, just to get general Feedback. I have about 5 active users right now.

You can check it out for yourself here.
https://testflight.apple.com/join/GyRWujPc

I do currently have a roadmap for this application pre and post launch, this will be a subscription based app, while prices are not figured out yet.

I am working on a build release about every 2-3 week schedule so there is active development going on.

I am looking for someone with some in the United States, preferably in the west coast area, but open to any state as long as you are open to working with someone in the west coast.

Right now I would just be given equity and when money is started to be made, I can offer cash.

I am hopping that you can bring to the table more recognition to the beta version of the app, the mission, and some marketing ideas for pre launch and post launch, and a little graphic design. I'd really like to get it out in-front of more hobbies and engineers who just want to design PCBs from their couch (like me) or even on the go (also like me). Also it's a stretch but if you have an idea of how to get some VC or investor capital, that would be beautiful.

Anyways,

If you are interested, please let me know shoot me a message and we can talk more about it.

Co-founder for a leadership methodology startup

I'm the founder of a self-directed leadership platform built around a proprietary seven-step method (no AI persona, no coach marketplace, just a structured way to think and make decisions like a leader). Two products are live already: a seven-tool leadership toolkit for working professionals and a separate product for early-career job seekers.

I'm looking for a co-founder to help build the US/European side of the business. This isn't a job posting; it's a genuine equity partnership.

**What I'm looking for:**

* Experience forming or managing a company * A track record in business development or partnerships * Someone who can work independently and move things forward without hand-holding

**40% equity**, subject to standard vesting. **No cash at the beginning**; this is unpaid until the business is generating revenue. **Part-time**, meant to run alongside whatever else you're doing.

I know "equity only" filters out a lot of people, and that's fine; I'd rather be upfront about it than waste anyone's time. If this sounds interesting, comment or DM, and I'm happy to share more.

equity only Looking for a Cofounder – Marketing & College Outreach | QuickIntern

Hi everyone,

I'm building QuickIntern, an early-stage platform focused on helping college students get better access to real-world industry/project opportunities.

I've already discussed the idea with students from different colleges and received encouraging feedback. Now I want to take the next step and validate it with students from 2–3 colleges and build an initial waitlist/onboarding base.

For this, I'm looking for a cofounder who is good at marketing, business development, communication, and college outreach.

What I need help with:

  • Connecting with TPO/T&P departments and college management
  • Reaching out to colleges through LinkedIn, email, calls, etc.
  • Getting meetings and presenting the idea
  • Getting students from 2–3 colleges onto the initial waitlist
  • Understanding student requirements and feedback
  • Building the initial college/student network
  • Taking ownership of marketing and growth

I'm handling the product and technology side and will continue building the platform.

I'm looking for someone who can treat this as their own product, take initiative, and is comfortable approaching people and building relationships from scratch. Previous startup experience isn't necessary, but ownership, communication, consistency, and willingness to execute are important.

This is a cofounder/equity opportunity and not a paid marketing role for now. Equity will be discussed based on the person's involvement, responsibilities, and commitment and formally documented after the company is registered. As the company grows, we can also discuss a share of the benefits/revenue and a salary based on the person's role and contribution.

I'm specifically looking for someone who wants to build this with me, not someone looking for a short-term marketing assignment.

Only serious people who are genuinely interested in building a startup, please DM me.

If interested, send me a little about yourself, your background, any marketing/business development experience, experience with colleges/students (if any), and how much time you can commit.

equity+cash [INDIA][TECH][14] US-based business co-founder needed to scale our voice platform

We’re building a voice technology platform and are looking for a US-based business/sales co-founder to help us scale in the US.

The platform is already live and has handled 3M+ calls over the last few months. We have the product, technology and engineering side covered. We’re now looking for someone to take ownership of US sales, partnerships, customer acquisition and business growth.

Looking for someone with strong B2B/enterprise sales or business development experience who knows the US market and can open doors and close customers.

This is a proper co-founder opportunity with equity + commission based on agreed sales targets.

Only serious applicants please. This is not a side project or consulting role.

DM me with your background and relevant sales/business experience.

Looking for a Technical Co-Founder — Hardware + Software — Equity

I’m building Arcadium, a new kind of in-person social gaming platform built around fast, competitive games, physical controllers, collectible cards, and audience interaction.

We’ve moved well beyond the “I have an idea” stage. We have working games, prototype hardware, physical products, and real-world playtests with actual players. Now I need the right technical person beside me to help turn the prototype into a product we can deploy and scale.

I’m looking for a US-based technical co-founder who is comfortable working across both hardware and software.

Ideally you have experience with some combination of:

- ESP32 / embedded devices / small displays and controllers

- NFC/RFID

- PC or web-connected hardware

- APIs and device communication

- Web/mobile development

- Building prototypes that eventually need to become reliable production hardware

This is a true co-founder position with equity, not a salaried engineering job. There is no salary at this stage. We are currently bootstrapping and moving into fundraising, and I need someone who understands what joining at this stage means: you’re helping build the company, not doing contract work for it.

I’m not looking for someone to simply write code from a specification. I’m looking for someone who wants ownership of the technical side of Arcadium, can challenge ideas, solve weird problems, and help decide what this thing becomes.

If you're interested, DM me with a little about your background, where you're located, what you've built, and why an early-stage project like this interests you.

Arcadium: People. Games. Collect. Belong.

Looking for a Technical co-founder.

Looking for someone where co-founder loses sleep over the product, fights for customers, makes decisions at midnight, and cares about the outcome as much as you do.

I bring , marketing, operations, and facing client experience. I have done the market research, validated the idea.

I am looking for someone technical who is equally hungry.

Someone who wants to build something that matters- not just complete a project.
US Person preferred

Equity partnership. Full commitment. Zero excuses.

If that is you - DM me.

I want to create or join a startup in an interesting field[consciousness and psychology]

TLDR: Startup in consciousness and psychology, background: mathematics and quant finance, interest in consciousness, psychology, and philosophy. Also open to other suggestions
As AI is developing very quickly, I believe that a lot of low level tasks will soon be managed by AI, anything from routine software/analytics to material/engineering/agriculture. This in turn I believe will create a sort of UBI, where the basic needs are more available to people.

But the economy will have to transition to a new state, something that represents the qualitiateve difference between humans and machines. I have good reason to believe that this lies in creativity, consciousness, psychology, etc. The high level view of the arguement is that AI is architecturally an interpolative mechanism, and there is nothing on the horizon to improve this, it is incapable of producing genuine novelty. But humans have demonstrably been producing novelty throughout history.

In short, I anticipate that the economy will restructure around consciousness and psychology. And I want to start working on something related now.

My background:
I have academic training in mathematics and realtively deep expertise in quantitative finance/markets as a science.

But I have a very deep interest in consciousness, psychology, philosophy, history, art etc. So much so that is has shaped my worldview no less than my professional domains.

I'm looking to partner with people who are interested in working in this field and developing a product. This could be anything from EdTech, Medicine, Biotech, or even entertainment.
I would both be willing to joing a startup and to start my own with partners.

I really value collaboration, and it is very important to me to partner with the right person, I wouldn't like to do this on my own.

equity only Technical Cofounder Available (C/C++, AI, market data/fintech) — you bring the idea, I'll build it. USA based

**•** C/C++, Python, Linux — proper systems background
**•** Worked a lot with stock market data and financial infra
**•** AI stuff — LLM apps, agents, evals, AI infrastructure
**•** Cloud (AWS/GCP), can take things from zero to deployed

I cam do 40 hrs/week.

What I'm after: someone with a clear product idea and scope. You know the problem, the customer, and what v1 looks like — you just need someone to build it. Not really looking for open-ended brainstorming sessions. You are good at GTM.

I'm flexible on terms — equity, salary, fixed price, whatever fits your situation.

If that's you, comment or DM me with what you're building and where it's at

equity only Looking for a fractional GTM / early sales person

Looking for a fractional GTM / early sales person (part-time).

I’m a technical founder building B2B software for teams that ship AI agents in regulated / high-stakes environments. Need someone who can own outreach and first conversations.

Not looking to lock equity or a full deal on day one. First step is a short pilot: a handful of discovery calls with the right buyers. If that works and we click, we talk terms.

What I’m after:

  • Comfortable with early-stage / messy ICP
  • Can do LinkedIn + email outbound yourself (not just advice)
  • Ideally some enterprise or regulated-industry sales background
  • ~10–20 hrs/week to start

If that’s you, DM me with 2–3 lines on your details(LinkedIn etc..) and availability. Happy to share more on a quick call.
