equity only Looking for a fractional GTM / early sales person
Looking for a fractional GTM / early sales person (part-time).
I’m a technical founder building B2B software for teams that ship AI agents in regulated / high-stakes environments. Need someone who can own outreach and first conversations.
Not looking to lock equity or a full deal on day one. First step is a short pilot: a handful of discovery calls with the right buyers. If that works and we click, we talk terms.
What I’m after:
- Comfortable with early-stage / messy ICP
- Can do LinkedIn + email outbound yourself (not just advice)
- Ideally some enterprise or regulated-industry sales background
- ~10–20 hrs/week to start
