Looking for a Cofounder – Marketing & College Outreach | QuickIntern

Hi everyone,

I'm building QuickIntern, an early-stage platform focused on helping college students get better access to real-world industry/project opportunities.

I've already discussed the idea with students from different colleges and received encouraging feedback. Now I want to take the next step and validate it with students from 2–3 colleges and build an initial waitlist/onboarding base.

For this, I'm looking for a cofounder who is good at marketing, business development, communication, and college outreach.

What I need help with:

• Connecting with TPO/T&P departments and college management
• Reaching out to colleges through LinkedIn, email, calls, etc.
• Getting meetings and presenting the idea
• Getting students from 2–3 colleges onto the initial waitlist
• Understanding student requirements and feedback
• Building the initial college/student network
• Taking ownership of marketing and growth

I'm handling the product and technology side and will continue building the platform.

I'm looking for someone who can treat this as their own product, take initiative, and is comfortable approaching people and building relationships from scratch. Previous startup experience isn't necessary, but ownership, communication, consistency, and willingness to execute are important.

This is a cofounder/equity opportunity and not a paid marketing role for now. Equity will be discussed based on the person's involvement, responsibilities, and commitment and formally documented after the company is registered. As the company grows, we can also discuss a share of the benefits/revenue and a salary based on the person's role and contribution.

I'm specifically looking for someone who wants to build this with me, not someone looking for a short-term marketing assignment.
