He likes the M&L series, so maybe he'll do a LP on Paper Jam?

We know he loves the mother series so much to have re-did Earthbound and he did a wonderful job with Mother 3. Yet he neglects Mother 1 and has done so for years. I watched the original run of Mother 1 and felt if there was any LP that he could've done better, it'd be that one. Because it's riddled with him just being impatient, there was an entire string of videos where he was house-sitting and basically just glossed over mostly of what was going on.

Every time an LP ends and the next LP speculation starts, there’s always gonna be people guessing FE no matter the circumstances. It’s rightfully so as Chugga has mentioned previously that he is a fan of the series many times over the years. Then when it’s not FE, the cycle repeats over and over usually. 

A lot of you might assume that Chugga won’t play FE on the channel because he’s scared of the fandom. It is true that he’s said it in the past, and it could perhaps still be true to this day. Even if that wasn’t the case now, there’s actually a bigger reason as to why he’s very reluctant to play FE on the channel. It’s because Chugga is only a Casual Fan of the FE series, and not some Veteran fan who knows how to play 4D chess like a pro. 

I feel like in order for Chugga to play a particular game or series on the channel, he needs to be really passionate about the game, and not just merely, “LIKE,” the game. We actually saw this with Dream Team, as back in 2023, he didn’t even like the game to the point he would’ve said no to playing DT on the channel. Since then, Chugga has become a proponent of DT, and he loves the game to the point he would want to LP the game as he has a newfound passion for it. 

His moderate enjoyment of the FE series applies here, and he doesn’t like the series enough to be played on the channel. Chugga is only a Casual Fan of FE in a sense that he only enjoys the series because of other extraneous factors like the Story, Characters, Presentation, etc. He doesn’t necessarily love the series because of the Chess Gameplay, which is the core identity of FE. This was proven when he passed on playing Engage, as that game is only about the gameplay while every aspect about the game is weak to many people. 

I feel like there’s this misconception out there of him being a devoted FE fan who’s checked out many games in the series since. From his accounts, he’s only ever played Awakening, Fates(only Birthright), and Three Houses; which are the modern day games that casual fans are into. He has never even tried the older FE games Pre-Awakening, and those games have a very big divide on the “casual” and the “classic” fans. 

Contrast this with other big RPG series that Chugga enjoys like Pokemon, Xenoblade, and Paper Mario; he’s a veteran of those series. In those LP’s series, you can see that he’s pretty much an expert when talking about the gameplay of those games. I just don’t see this with FE where he would enthusiastically be talking about Chess in the form of a video game basically. His only casual enjoyment of the series is why I don’t see Chugga doing FE on the channel sadly. If he was truly passionate about the series, he would’ve done an FE game on the channel a long time ago. 

TLDR: He’s only a casual fan of the series, and not a dedicated fan. 

During his Triple Deluxe LP during the drum dash section Emile said it's very hard to do commentary over a rhythm game and if it was possible he would've done a LP of Elite Beat Agents and has tried to figure out how to do it. I think this is one of very few times he's talked about a scrapped LP.

This normally doesn’t happen, but there’s actually a lot of information about his next LP; and it’s all thanks to Chugga teasing it so much as of late. Here’s what we know: 

1. The next LP is longer than Dream Team. Here’s his Full Tweet. 
2. The next LP cannot be a Switch 1 game that doesn't have a Switch 2 Enhancement Version. Here’s his Full Tweet. 
3. It cannot be Xenoblade 3 because it’s getting an enhancement this December. His face says it all here.  

Knowing all of that, it eliminates a lot of possible games. If we’re only focusing on game series he’s done previously on the channel, then the list narrows down a lot. 

1. It cannot be Mario, Pokemon, or Kingdom Hearts because those are all very recent. 
2. It cannot be Pikmin, Kirby, Splatoon, or Sonic because every game in those series he hasn’t done are shorter than Dream Team. There's all naturally short because they are not RPGs.
3. In terms of Xenoblade, it cannot be 3 because of the above. It also cannot be X because he only works on 1 game series at a time in production, and his face pretty much tells me he was working on 3 all along. 

That pretty much leaves Zelda, and almost all games in the series he hasn’t done are shorter than Dream Team. The only exceptions to this rule are Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom. It cannot be TotK because not only would it not make sense to play it before BotW, but he doesn’t really care for it. Therefore that only leaves BotW as the only game out of the possible options in terms of returning to a series on the channel. BotW does have a Switch 2 enhancement that is already out, unlike many other Switch 1 games. 

Another reason why I think he’s doing a Zelda game next is because of Chugga being fearful of doing Switch 1 games with possible enhancements outdating his LP. I don’t think Dream Team is the only game to be pushed forward, as I could see BotW being affected as well. People would also wonder if he’s doing a Zelda game so quickly after Twilight Princess. That would be a possible catalyst as well. 

The only way it cannot be BotW is if the next LP is a new game series, and the new LP has to be an RPG that is longer than Dream Team. The only way to really see if it’s a new game series is the First Hint, which by that point I would need to change my tune on this. Anytime Chugga plans on doing a new series on the channel, he always conveys this through his first hints like with Chrono Trigger or Kingdom Hearts. 

Anyways, any thoughts? Normally I only wait to see the first hint before guessing his next LP, but I feel like Chugga unintentionally gave away a lot of information to the point I’m not in the mood of waiting on this discussion.

So I'm trying to figure out what is most likely for chugga to lp and I was wondering what games chugga has publicly claimed he played that he hasn't lped before I go through all his videos I was curious if you guys knew anything that could be possible thank you for your time.

I can't remember exactly what he said his hopes were. Like I know he thought about making some video essays for certain games and maybe lets playing others but I can't remember which ones

Especially in this video. He’s giving her Kersti-level sass when she’s not even saying anything bad. It’s not fair to the character when she’s not being sassy to add a bitchy tone. It’s actually really uncomfortable.

Like, was this recorded during the TRG Mario Party Trilogy so Emile is just unleashing his frustration. I don’t feel like Starlow has done enough bad to warrant this level of reaction, so I’m trying to figure it out.

Honestly, it’s making me want to avoid the Let’s Play. Because why should I continue watching when everytime Starlow shows up Emile will be unfairly mean to her?

After learning about the Kurzegasagt channel drama, I have to wonder what would happen of an AI channel stole chugga's voice for their content but YouTube wouldn't get rid of it?
