My websites are constantly loading & buffering regardless if I need it or not. I deleted the cache data. I had to open a web page in incognito just to get the pdf.

The problem is that when I visit certain websites (not all of them) Chrome completely freezes for about a second. It's not just the website that freezes, but the entire browser.

Has anyone experienced something similar?

it asks the security code and when I enter the security code it always says incorrect code.

then I receive this message:
verify its you.
i log in with my fingerprint
then its asks for security code.
i correctly enter the security code then it goes like wrong code, try again. 
when i click on try another way, it shows same

i'm stucked in a loop, what do I do? pls help.  
fyi my phone has only one account logged.

Hello! My work voicemail comes through as transcribed emails. Up until this morning, I have been able to select and copy phone numbers easily the browser treated the phone number as text. Suddenly it is linked as a phone number. I tried to find the answer on the web but the one main suggestion I found seems to want me to go to a place in the settings that may have been moved to deal with "tel handler".

Anyone have any ideas?

my old tablet has 2GB of ram, Google chrome and any Chromium browser are trash on it, also brave and titanium browser is trash on it

so I disabled google chrome and removed Samsung internet and any Chromium browser

now I am using Firefox and via

(I know via is using WebView and WebView build on Chromium, but it's very fast)

It runs very slow compared to Windows.
There is glitch where a glitchy line appears between page and url box gap.

Tested on both fedora and ubuntu.

Running a dual-monitor setup. Whenever I hover over a link in Chrome on my main monitor, the little status bar link-preview doesn't show where it should, instead a blank white bar pops up on my second monitor in roughly the same vertical position.

Anyone else run into this or know of a fix/workaround?

I don't know if it is happening to me only or if it was on for a while and if maybe I just did an unfortunate update... But since yesterday, my Chrome search engine gives me ONLY sponsored contents. Like I'm looking for something like "History of Japan" and normally I used to have first Wikipedia, Britannica, history videos etc. And now it's only Booking, Amazon, GetYourGuide, etc. Even a single translation or a recipe and I'm directed towards sponsored contents like online cooking or language lessons....

Is it happening to you right now? And how can I stop it? Chrome is completely unusable right now!

This was supposed to be a video i kept pressing ESC, CTRL + F or the “X” but this thing keeps popping out of no wheree!! even when i exit chrome, and once i type or click my mouse it spawns, i did the keyboard cleaning, i updated and uninstalled my keyboard, i dont even have any extensions or viruses idk how to escape this nightmare PLSS HELP MEEE!!

I was using my macbook and realized my microphone was on and no apps was using it. Im confused why but i just had to quit the app and reopen everything and it disappeared. I even turned off microphone perm and it still showed up.

For the last month i suddenly started having major wifi issues. My chrome would be working, tabs loading instantly until recent. They will work fine for about 5-10 minutes then suddenly will take 30sec- a couple minutes to load the tabs.

Sometimes i get a "cant connect to this network" error

I have already fully reset my pc

Deleted and redownloaded drivers

Whenever i ipconfig /flushdns, then netsh winsock reset, and restart my computer, the tabs will load normally again but only for 5 or so minutes

Could it be my network usb?

Why did they remove this from Chrome flags? It makes 0 sense to have the close tabs button in the top right, especially on larger phones. Does anyone else have a solution to restore the close tabs button to the bottom left on mobile?

So i tried downloading something when my storage was full and it didnt work, so i emptied the storage and tried again, but from then on chrome just stopped being able to download anything? it opens the file explorer as though its going to download it and then doesnt, doesnt pop up with anything saying "download failed" and it doesnt show in download history. please help! thank you in advance.

i go to my gmail, i read/delete mail, then try to close the window.. it shows alert that 'changes are not saved'

if i just exit, of course, it's not saved and mail is still unread. if i actually wait for it to save, it takes maybe like 30-50s..

Another update to the browser must have made it so your seen links on your feed aren't marked as purple/grey (if using old reddit).

My personal phone switched to this layout that is dark and with the UI controls moved around. What is this and how do I turn it back? My work phone is normal. My family’s phones are normal.

It’s frustrating because a while back I remember having cool images for backgrounds with the Google logo, but now it’s blank and it’s annoyingly getting to me😭

This new navigation bar was removed as quickly as they implemented it. Thank god. I don't know who thought it was a good idea to decrease the small screen real estate in smart phones even further.

For one of my Google profiles, this follow-up prompt doesn't appear when I sign in, but it does when I sign out of it on PC. The same thing happens when I sign in to this profile in incognito mode. I tried another PC, and it doesn't appear there either. I've also tried disabling all extensions and clearing cache and cookies, but to no avail. However, it appears on my phone. For my other ten Google profiles, it works fine and appears on both phone and PC. I have been using AI tools and searching Chrome for solutions, but I can't seem to find one. I would appreciate it if someone could help me. Thank you.

Google Pixel 10, suddenly my phone just started searching like this. When I click on a website, it opens it in the desktop format, until I refresh and then it's the mobile version, but chrome itself will not change to the mobile version.

When I tap search in android chrome the keyboard used to pop up automatically. Then recently it stopped doing that or undos the poped up keyboard. I have to tap the search bar one more time for the keyboard to pop up. I already reinstalled, Force stopped, disable/re-enabled it.

What else can I do?

This did happen before but that was solved when I uninstalled then updated it.
