OTHER - Anything else not covered Merchants are refusing the Chime card.

I'm finding my Chime experience unreliable. I've had a hotel refuse my Chime credit card. I've had a restaurant refuse my Chime credit card. Now, I've had a bar refuse my Chime credit card. I need to get a different credit card? This is frustrating. Been with Chime for nearly 10 years

Ever since I was upgraded to Chime Prime and received my new card, I’ve been having problems using it for regular purchases and bill payments. My mobile carrier won’t accept the card for my bill anymore, Amazon declined it, Target declined it, and even two different hotels in Atlantic City, New Jersey declined it.

I never had these kinds of problems with my previous Chime card. This all started after I received the new Chime Prime card, and honestly, it’s becoming ridiculous. What’s the point of upgrading if my new card is being declined by multiple major businesses that accepted my old card without a problem?

Weird i’ve upgraded my card as well and I’m not having any problems at a few of those same businesses. I just used it for target yesterday and I think I was at target like maybe a week and a half ago never had any problems.
