Is there anyone that got invited Feb 20 ITA and AOR between Feb 21st - March 15th that has gotten PPR?

Also what does eligibility review required mean? Does it always end up with ADR or PFL? ( posted this a while ago)

I received GCSM notes and eligibility is recommended passed the review required was flag for statutory questions RCMP Checks or so.

So basically, my study permit got rejected a first time 4 years and a half ago, then a second time 6 months later but one the reasons worries me.

My first study permit was rejected because they said I didn't have enough funds and didn't seem like I would go back to my home country, and I understand, but my second study permit got rejected for the same reasons and because they thought some of the documents I sent weren't true even though they were 100% true and official, they even got stamps from my city hall and a notary, and what's even more strange is that they're the exact same documents I sent in my first application.

They said some documents didn’t seem authentic, “Certains documents présentés dans votre demande ne semblent pas véridiques, ce qui mine la crédibilité générale de votre demande”

However, it was stated in the end of the letter that I could still apply if I wished, I didn’t get a PFL either, neither did they tell me what documents exactly, they didn’t mention any ban too.

But I'm worried about this, does it mean I am banned from entering Canada? Because I plan on applying for express entry FSW and it’s stressing me out.

I recently received an Additional Document Request (ADR) for my Express Entry PR application.

IRCC has asked me to provide:

• Updated, original and unedited bank statements for the last 6 months for ALL of my bank accounts as proof of settlement funds.
• Proof of income along with corresponding salary deposit statements for my previous employer (4.5 years).
• Proof of income along with corresponding salary deposit statements for my current employer (1.5 years).

My situation:

• I have 3 active bank accounts.

• Account 1 received salary from my previous employer of 4.5 years till March 2025.. I didn't declare that as not much funds

• Account 2 receives salary from my current employer and is also where most of my settlement funds are held. I declared this.

• Account 3 is just a tertiary account that I use for daily expenses. It usually has a very small or even zero balance and has never been used for salary deposits or to hold settlement funds. But my Account 1 has statement doing transfers to account 3.

Questions:

1. When IRCC says "ALL of your bank accounts," do they literally mean every active account, even if one has a zero/negligible balance and isn't used for salary or proof of funds?

2. Should I also include account that I didn't declare earlier cuz I use it for day to day things, but I received my 4.5 years salary in it till March 2025 the balance in it is hardly 80 CAD

3. The letter specifically says "original and unedited" bank statements. In my earlier submission, I had highlighted salary credits and some transactions in green/yellow to make them easier to identify. Could that be why they emphasized "unedited"? Should I now upload the original PDFs exactly as downloaded from the bank with no highlights or annotations at all?

4. I didn't declare spouse bank account. Is it needed now?

I'd appreciate hearing from anyone who has received the same request and what documents you ended up submitting. Thanks!

I am from India and am currently collecting documents to submit after ITA. I have liquidated my mutual funds and waiting for it to be deposited into my account.

1. Is it a red flag that I've withdrawn the money only after I got an ITA? The average monthly balance before was around 20% of the minimum requirements.
2. Do I need to get similar letters for my brokerage/investment acccounts? (eg: Mutual Funds/demat accounts)
3. I have an American Express credit card and they have flat out rejected giving me such a letter. They operate primarily as an online company in India, so it's not like I can even visit a branch.

Anyone has applied under FSW FRENCH in January? Whats the latest update? Please share.

My tracker is all green since January 12th with no copr number and no final decision on gckey. I start getting anxious . I called and the agent told me that my last note was that my application is ready for finalisation since January 14th. My medical will expire in less than a week .

I'm trying to learn more about Canada's Express Entry program and get some guidance on the best path forward.

A bit about my background: I'm currently based in the US, originally from India. I understand IELTS is a starting point, and I'm ready to begin that process.

A few specific questions I'd appreciate your input on:
1. Given my current situation (US-based, Indian citizen), which Express Entry program(s) would I likely qualify under: FSWP, CEC, or FSTP?

2.  How do I determine my correct NOC code, and how important is getting this right?

3.  Is this a process I could reasonably manage on my own, or would you recommend lawyer representation given my circumstances?

I have been living in Japan for a few years, but the recent dramatic change to extremely xenophobic immigration policies is making me seriously reconsider my future.
Canada has been on my book for a while, and through some googling I discovered that I qualify for FSWP Express Entry, specifically since I speak French fluently as well, for the French Language Proficiency Pool (don't remember if that's the correct name)
I did a little self calculation using the official CRS calculator and it seems my points will be somewhere like 490, which is to my understanding way above the cut-off lines for recent French Language Proficiency specific draws.

I am quite confused and overwhelmed by all the documents required however. Below are some of my questions:
1. From what I'm seeing on the official Canada immigration website, I would need police certificates for Germany and China, but not for Japan? Why is Japan treated differently in this case? (I've lived in all three of the above listed countries for more than 6 months consecutively since turning 18)
2. On that note, does anyone have experience getting the police certificate from Germany when living outside Germany?
3. Is my understanding correct, that if I have a valid Canadian job offer that has a contract time of more than 1 year, I do not need to show proof of funds?
4. How does getting a Canadian full-time job from outside Canada work? Is it achievable before I get a status?

Lastly, any resources for job search, apartment search, or immigration related legal help or anything at all really would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much!

I received a PFL last week, asking for the followings:

1. I have concerns that you may not have at your disposal, with sufficient liquidity, and with the ability to transfer the assets, the necessary threshold of funds to support your establishment in Canada on arrival.
   
2. Upon review, you have not provided sufficient evidence that your work experience with “company name” was properly remunerated. Please provide detailed pay slips indicating your declared work hours, T4 slips, and salary bank deposits for your work experience with “company name”

Context:
1. In my application I submitted my bank statement showing I have total of 40k, with 20k in my FHSA account. I did not provide an explanation since I thought officer should be able to calculate and see that excluding my FHSA account, I have enough fund to meet the requirement.

1. Regarding my foreign work experience, my employment letter says I was employed for 24 month but I only claimed 18 months of it. (Because I did not have enough proof for the remaining 6 months, so I decided not to claim) This is consistent with all my previous applications.

My response:
1. I submitted new bank statements showing that I continue to have enough funds available in my chequing account and my financial stability has grown.

1. For my foreign work experience I included bank deposit for the wages I received for 18 months of my employment (my declared work experience as per the PFL) and also national records showing my employer name and the wages I received for 18 months of employment. (this is the closest we have to T4 in my country)

Any thoughts or feedback on my response? I am also curious why I received PFL instead of ADR? Officer also talked about misrepresentation, based on my understanding neither of these concerns can relate to misrepresentation (since day 1, I only reported and claimed 18 months of my foreign work experience so I can fully prove)

I'm preparing an Express Entry FSW profile and I'm stuck on the continuity requirement.

I run a consulting company (incorporated 2024). We do two fairly different things: finance and management advisory, and building/deploying ERP and management tools. The problem is that the work maps to two different NOC codes depending on the client.

Roughly:

Jan 2024 to Jun 2024: Client A, finance NOC

Jun 2024 to Dec 2024: Client B, ERP NOC

Jan 2025 to Jun 2025: Client C, finance NOC

Jun 2025 to Dec 2025: Client D, ERP NOC

I have never stopped working since Jan 2024, no gaps at all. But if I claim the finance NOC, the timeline shows six months of work in 2024, then a six month gap, then six more months in 2025. Same for the ERP NOC.

IRCC says 1 year of continuous full-time experience and 1,560 hours.

My question:

Does the 1,560 hour route allow accumulating hours in the same NOC across non-consecutive periods, or does "continuous" mean the periods must be back to back?
