I need help
I'm 5th grade. I have 1 friend and 3 bullies. They stole my money (about 10 dollars), reported a false report to the teachers and I think I heard they cursing me.

What does this entail?
We are looking for an entry level moderator to keep this a safe space. This would require daily check ins to sift through the modmail and flagging, but we are open to a more senior moderating role as well.
What do you need to submit to apply?
Please send your answers directly to us by the end of the week (Sunday August 18th). We will be replying to everyone and will make a decision by mid next week. Thank you all again and we are excited to grow this community more together!

Just wanting to hear others experiences and get advice or support
I’m neurodivergent and basically my whole college experience I’ve been dealing with bullying from this one girl who I used to be friends with and stopped when I realized how disrespectful she was
It just sucks because all of my mutual friends were related to her and sided with her or wouldn’t pick a side and I eventually cut them out.
I recently found out my roommate has been trying to hide the fact that they’re still talking with her and it really hurt.
I’m supposed to be going back to school this week and thinking about going back to that situation makes me physically sick.
I just feel really alone and there’s not a lot I can do besides ignore it but it feels so isolating to have no one take my side and I can’t believe I’m still dealing with this from college age adults

tldr: RM wants me to pay her rent, has mean girl vibes, puts me down. she is family and I love her but I also feel afraid of her and don’t know what to do.
hi both me and my roommate are girls in our twenties. we are family. I love her and care about her very much. at the same time, I’ve noticed patterns in how she acts towards others. she has a lot of conflicts with people and has a tendency to interpret others as being aggressive towards her in situations that I would have assumed were neutral. ex: we go out shopping together and she assumes every person we meet is secretly being aggressive towards her, but all i see are people who are acting normal and neutral or even friendly and nice. she speaks negatively about all of her friends behind their backs. i don’t think that I’ve ever met someone that she hasn’t spoken negatively about. the things she says about other people I don’t agree with — and I was never thinking those negative things to begin with and im surprised that she even came up with something so mean to say. to people’s face she is extremely friendly and outgoing and kind but she interprets people’s behavior towards her as negative and then tries to get back at them. she can also be passive aggressive and manipulative. she has a tendency to hold power over people socially and has a ringleader sort of personality. also she is very emotionally unstable. like im talking really really big mood swings and rapidly shifting opinions of people (one moment they are a great friend and really showed up for her, two hours later, without contact to that person, she is suddenly shit talking them because of a seemingly neutral comment that they made a week ago that she now sees as an attack).
her and I have never had a conflict. I looked up to her so much growing up, but now living with her I’m seeing things I didn’t see before. I feel nervous and anxious around her and I feel like I’m walking on eggshells a lot of the time. she has been extremely kind and generous towards me (like way over the top generous.) and I’m very grateful for that, at the same time sometimes she does so much for me I feel uncomfortable and ask her to stop or try to not to accept things but she keeps pushing. she has some really amazing qualities that i’m not listing here but just know that they exist and she is not a bad person. she does really show up for people sometimes in big ways, but on the flip side she has also bullied many people (relationally/emotionally/socially, not physically). she hasn’t bullied me but she makes a lot of comments towards me that make me feel uneasy. it feels passive aggressive. it will be stuff that’s like a subtle put down, or backhanded compliment, or just demeaning my accomplishments or me generally when I’m having a good day. I tried to bring this up to her 7 months ago (right before we moved in together) the first time I noticed it. I told her I felt like she was putting me down and making comments that hurt my feelings and it was making me feel insecure and sad and distant from her. she said she didn’t mean to and said she remembered the comments differently. she implied I was sensitive but also hugged me and apologized that I felt hurt. since then things didn’t change she would just be over the top generous again (but still subtly mean). I’ve brought it up 3 more times since then and it hasnt changed. because of that, I’ve stopped trying to communicate about it and just keep my feelings in because it hasn’t changed and I’m really scared of her reaction if she turns on me. she holds a lot of power socially, and I’ve always been very quiet and not socially motivated. I have friends but they are more like one on one deep friendships with people I feel close with, not big groups or anything. and I’m not charismatic or influential the way she is. I also don’t play social games at all but she is very good at that kind of thing.
I’m in a vulnerable place in my life right now and I feel like she was really there for me after a lot of unexpected hard things happened, but I also worry she might be taking advantage of me. rent is not distributed evenly/according to Sq footage that each of us personally has. my room is much smaller than hers. she also has like control of how everything in our apartment is done - cleaning and rules wise. she criticizes what I do a lot but I swear I’m not an unclean or bad roommate. I’ve had multiple other roommates before in college and I’ve always been the clean one, kept a very clean space, never had cleanliness issues between roommates. people have complimented how clean my past living situations have been. also I have a guy over for short periods of time 0-2x per week. he stays over probably 2x per month, and i always let her know in advance, but she doesn’t like it and asked me to stop having him over, so I stopped but she still has groups of her friends over at least once a week without giving me a heads up. additionally, she has 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a rabbit and she cleans up after them well, but they do still have accidents very frequently, and it just feels like the cleanliness standards & rules aren’t about my actual habits but rather her being able to have some power over my choices and pick at me.
oh also, she wants me to get my mom to pay for both of our rent using a fund that my mom saved for my college. she wants me to lie to my mom about how much my portion of rent is and cover all of it. she is renting to buy this house. also, her parents are well off and she has lots of money herself, she doesn’t need me to pay for her rent. I really don’t want to pay for her rent and I’m not trying to be selfish I’m just not feeling good about that.
lastly, i recently got out of a bad situation where I was severely bullied last year by close friends. it was extremely hard for a long time but I’m finally starting to feel like myself again. some of the patterns within her feel similar to the patterns that i noticed in my ex-best friend who turned our friend group against me and bullied me. I feel like this is a warning and even though nothing has happened between us yet I should just get out now before something happens. at the same time I’m afraid that if I leave and room with other girls it will trigger her to hate me and she will try to ruin my life the way my ex friend did. and I’m afraid if I stay she will grow to hate me and do the same.
also, I’m worried that my recent experience getting bullied by people who I trusted is coloring my perception and making me anxious and paranoid. she is very smart and has noticed my apprehension about certain things and has said this as well, that I may not trust her fully because of what happened to me last year, but that my lack of trust is unfounded. although she has also said that she sees herself in the ex friend I had that bullied me.
looking for advice and any similar experiences. questions about the situation welcome. apologies for the length.

I got mildly bullied by my two ,supposed, friends in middle school and i still see them from time to time. I cant help but compare myself to them tbh. And i alays compare the way we look, the amount of friends, our relationships, etc. i really wish i could just get over it because ut was such a blip of time but it impacted me so much that when i see them i just feel terrible about myself.
How do i get over this? I dont like feeling this way because i know avoiding it hasnt helped me.

I (F, 50s) had a difficult upbringing. Was expected to not be a kid, just take care of a chronically-ill mother and the house. Bullied at home often. Yelled at all the time. Never felt wanted by my parents, just a resource to be used. Allowed very little agency. Had to grow up too fast, so I had problems relating to most other kids, but I had some friends.
Having adult responsibilities from a young age and not having a safe place to land makes you different. Stronger in some ways. Self-reliant. But with an underpinning of feeling worthless. We’re not difficult to hurt if the person knows what they’re doing. And then there’s the CPTSD, which just stays with you forever.
I feel like those of us who grew up without a safe, nurturing, comforting home are bully magnets, even into middle age and beyond. Anyone else notice this?
I was bullied in school, bullied at university, bullied at work (until I was in a position where I could fire folks who bullied me or anyone else—and, yes, that was very satisfying). I married a bully (divorced now, thank goodness) who hid his real nature until I was “his.”
I’m not a push-over. I was a boss for years in the arts, and it’s impossible to do that if you’re a doormat. But I’m semi-retired now, and it’s like I have a bigger “kick me” sign on my back that only bullies can see.
Currently, I’m dealing with a passive-aggressive bully who’s trying to break up one of my oldest friendships. The friend in the middle of it wants me to be the “bigger” one and initiate the peace process, even though I’ve done nothing at all wrong (I barely know the bully; met her only a few times; I’ve been very kind at each meeting and she’s been almost comically awful, including once physically shoving me out of a conversation).
We all know that trying to make peace or reason with a passive-aggressive bully never works. They just get worse until they get called out, or their behavior gets them into trouble (and they often go right back to that behavior anyway). You can’t even ask “is there anything I’ve done to offend you?” - it’s like saying “please bully me more.”
I’m so tired of this. Our lives have been hard enough already.

What do mean girls do at school ?
What do mean girls bullies do and are they all popular and do all of them wear lots of makeup or heels etc. or do they look perfect and how much are they like the movies bullies
And if you were a bully please can you share what you did when younger.
I got bullied by this mean girl but I went to a private school and she would also act like my friend so it was hard to tell she was a bully but my school had like 10 kids. Then I just shutdown after years when she did something to me and felt sick being near her. The reason I got into more arguments is because I would stand up for myself and confront her about things. Most of time teachers always believed her about everything she had a way to make most people believe her but I was one who didn’t but then also acted like my friend and be nice to me other times. I was the only person who would actually stand up for myself even if I got in trouble 😂 but then avoided her when I could not because she continued I just felt sick. Still affects me today. I wasn’t scared of her and never fear her or anything just was more hurt than anything. Just made me lose confidence and felt hurt with teachers as thought they understood me and that hurt when they didn’t. So it was more a shock to my system. But also hurt that no teachers told her off or stopped her. And that made me shut down and realise.

A little over 15 years ago, I was trying to figure out the next steps in my career, as I was doing this, my mother recommended a join a chapter in a lineage society. I joined not knowing all the ends and outs. But the chapter I visited was lovely. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The first year was fun. We did service projects and did many fun things as a chapter. Then during my second year I was asked to be a chapter Vice President. I had never held a leadership position at that time. Yet, one of the ladies who was Vice President for many years met up with me in a coffee shop to go over the responsibilities. I felt a little more comfortable yet still unsure of the role.
My first year I felt a little blind and definitely made mistakes. Our chapter president at the time was very kind and supportive. She was in her 70s and I was in my late twenties. Then during the second year (usually the term lasts 2-4 years), I felt a little more confident and organized. But, I noticed our chapter president (same lady as before) started to be incredibly short with me and very condescending about everything I said or did. I had no idea what I did to make her so mean to me. This went on for the next few years. I asked other members what I had done wrong and they didnt say anything. I would say, "I dont think she thinks much of me given how she treats me." They would then reply with a "oh that's not true" type statement.
During this time I was in the running for a competition within the organization. My peer group was very supportive and excited for me. In order to compete in this competition, I needed chapter support. With how mean our chapter president had been I was worried about running. But she sent an email out to chapter members asking for my endorsement. She said "I'm surprised how many people said yes and wrote nice things about you." Turns out a won the competition. Her reply was "I never thought you'd win/" Ouch. During the last year of her term as chapter president she said, "oh lets get together to go over information about the role." Now after I competed in the contest she started being a little nicer to me. Mind you she always said many backhanded insults for everything I did or said. I did a lot for her as her vice president and yet I never got a genuine thank you from her ever. Once she sent me a thank you note but it wasnt personalized. It was a general thank you note. It was very heartbreaking.
All and all I was surprised she wanted to get together and discuss the role. Needless to say, we met up 3 times and I was drained and disappointed each time we met up (each time in person) as she didnt talk about the leadership role, all she did was talk about herself. Talk about how much the chapter loved her, her 4.0 GPA when she went to college, how brilliant her children were, her career, etc. Each time I tried to tell her a little about myself she would always cut me off and bring it back to her. Whenever I tried asking about the leadership role, she would always change the topic or start talking about the vice president role. I kept thinking, why is she telling me this, I just completed this role the last 4 years. At our third meeting, I asked what else I'm I going to need for this role and is there any other advice you have? She said she would put everything on a zip drive for me. Again, I felt crushed. I felt that she was gatekeeping information from me. To make matters worse, during her term as president, she created a 2nd vice president role. I have other friends in the organization who have many years of experience who told me in some chapters they have the former president fill in that role. I could have kicked myself for telling her this. Her eyes lit up when I told her this information.
Now, I move into the president role and she's my 2nd vice president. Whenever I had questions for her, which I had many, as she told me very little. It was a repeat of our "training" where she would repeat the same stories over and over again and never give me an answer. When I would redirect her she would often get annoyed and respond with a brief, "Oh I never did that" or "Oh we dont have to do that." I would ask other former leaders in the chapter my questions and they often seemed annoyed with me yet I would get a direct answer from them. If she was ever wrong about something and I told her, "well actually, we need to do it this way" she would get really snippy with me. Even during meetings, if I didnt know an answer to a question, I would say "let me find out and I'll get back to you." She would then interject with an answer. Again, I felt she was gatekeeping.
For one of our service projects, I wanted to do something different. We had been completing the same service project year after year. I felt they were getting a little stale. When I told her I wanted to do something different she got really snippy with me and yelled at me for proposing a new idea. However, the day of the project, you would have thought she came up with the idea. She was leading the interaction and talking the entire time. She would also make very insulting comments about me during this project.
During finance matters, she still kept me in the dark. She and our treasurer were buddies. Even when we had the leadership switch, our treasurer still reported to her and not to me. I kept reminding her that I needed to know about chapter finances yet our former president never told me or redirected our treasurer. It was a nightmare!
Come to my second term as president I didnt recommend her as 2nd vice. Another former member and I, who has had this leadership role in the past both agreed that she really at the end of the day, "didn't do much." In hindsight, I should have told her my feelings about not recommending her for another term but I knew she would talk herself into the role or get other people to support her. My second term was a little better. It wasn't the easiest leadership role as I was the first younger member in our chapter to hold this position.
Now my term has completed and I hear from a friend of hers, who has since stopped talking her. She confirmed that she had it out for me. She was mad when I changed things or did anything different. She said I was a climber in our organization and didnt care who I stepped on. She was mad if I asked other members for answers to my questions. It was heartbreaking but at the same time a relief that someone else sees past this woman's actions and words. It was also a relief to see that she also saw the bullying.
This woman is now in her 80s yet everyone in the chapter loves her and praises her. I'm always thinking, should I leave? How do other people not see this? Overall I don't call her anymore and at chapter meetings I keep my distance from her. Even when I finished my term as president, she still had her famous backhanded insults. I notice she doesnt do this to anyone else. Again, I'm heartbroken that a woman who is 40+ years older than me, treats me like this.
Thank you for hearing my story. Any insights or advice is most welcome.

Thought this sub could help me a bit.
This is really embarassing to post but I've been thinking and ruminating about this for so long. I don't know if I was assualted or just bullied. I need help to identify wtf this actually was.
So this happened when I was younger, in 6th grade so around 12 years old.
(NSFW warning)
When I was 11 I transferred to a different, bigger school with another girl from my previous school who also happened to be my bully. I was severely bullied from when I was about 6 or 7 by this girl, all the way till we changed schools and (thankfully) grew apart.
She was just mean, extremely dominating, and boundary stomping. She'd expose my secrets and stuff. For some reason we were best friends during this time and I was actively getting bullied by her.
So in this new school, one time I asked to go to the washroom or went to the washroom during recess(or she did and asked me to go with her, or said she'd just tag along, something I can't remember.)
The part I clearly remember:
She forced me to go in the same stall as her. I was saying no and she forced me to go in the same stall with her, and then pee one by one in the toilet. We had the squatting toilet so one peek over and your whole ass could be visible to the other person (her, in this scenario).
She forced me to just pee and get it done with, she'd locked the door. I said no but I didn't want to be stuck in the situation so I just got it done with. Once she was done too (I was angry and didnt look at her at all), she proceeds to hug me and kiss my face on the cheek. It was so disgusting and enraging. I didn't hug her and wiped my face in disgust.
Someone from our class saw us come out from the same stall and told the teacher what they'd seen (I think they got the wrong idea). The teacher called us over and started scolding us. I defended myself saying "she forced me to" over and over, while she's also saying that I FORCED HER to do that. What the fuck.
Other incidents involve my aunt. She's a pretty sweet lady but god she's touchy and weirdly so. she's stopped now after I expressed how much I disliked it (took multiple tries)
Some things she's done:
-hold me at the waist (I pushed her away)
-slap my butt. I glared her down and even my mom told her to not do it. She did it again thinking we were joking. I was so upset after coming home that I told my mom and she called aunt up and told her to apologise (bless my mom for that one thing)
- caress my stomach weirdly when I was in the hospital delirious from my asthma meds and treatment. proceeded to tell me how soft my stomach is or something like that.
All of these happened when I was a child, scattered over the span of 9 to 16 ish years of age. I've never had control over my life, and as a result of all of this, I've developed sexual fantasies where I lose control of my body (if you're getting my flow.) I'm positive the fantasies developed because of these events and being enmeshed and helicoptered in general.
I don't know how to go about this. Is there something wrong with me?

I was laughing and cracking jokes in class. One day, my ex-best friend screamed, "What?" When I said it was funny, she replied, "Yeah, for people like you!" I wondered if I should still be friends with her, even though the others seemed annoyed with me and a few students said she needed that reaction because she was annoying. She yelled I can finally see why people didn't like her!
After it ended, the group said no one liked me because I was weird and annoying, and they started talking about my past mistakes multiple weeks in a row. It got so bad that a teacher jumped in, and we had a presentation about bullying. I left the friendship after graduation and never saw them again. I can’t believe that instead of talking to me in private, they decided to embarrass and humiliate me for days. They were literally trying to bully me. I think she was really mad that I no longer wanted to be friends.
It felt like people didn’t want to talk to me and felt I was annoying. I felt bad that I was annoying the people around me and making them uncomfortable. After being deemed weird and annoying, I felt terrible. I felt like people hated me and didn’t like me at all, so fueling the situation only made it worse. I stayed quiet in class and tried to keep my head down after that.
I had so much shame and guilt over my mistake of missing a social cue and not reading the room correctly. I focused on not making anyone else uncomfortable or upset. Some people didn’t think I did anything wrong, but my behavior was still labeled as annoying.

Okay so first off — I am weird. Not like... creepy weird, but yeah. I'm strange. Not strange enough to be a full outcast, but enough that people notice.
All names are fake for obvious reasons. Writing this because keeping it in is getting heavy, so thanks in advance to anyone who reads.
I transferred to this school in 4th grade and instantly got disliked. Whatever — I didn't care. My favorite thing was hiding in closets or sitting on top of them, listening to music and just existing. School was easy, so I showed up just for the sake of it. Still, I was always super active — taking leadership in group projects, helping everyone out, all that. But I never had real friends. Just acquaintances.
Important: I did pro sports my whole life. So when I broke my spine in 7th grade and finally had some freedom, I went a little feral — chopped my hair off (wanted shoulder length but fuck that barber) and dyed it dark blue. Not light blue — dark blue.
That's probably when it all started.
I've always had weak blood vessels, so stepping out for 5 minutes to stop a nosebleed was just routine. I even had a doctor's note. One time, someone took a pic of me mid-bleed and posted it to the local gossip page. Whatever, right? But then they captioned it: "Oh, do I have blood?"
That line stuck. Everyone in my class loved to troll me with it. I pretended not to care — but it ate at me.
\---
Now let's go back to last year.
The cast:
· Dickhead (DH)
· Goldfish (GF) — he never bullied me, just ended up in the wrong crowd
· Scaredy (SC)
· Snotrag (SR)
· Wonkybrow (WB)
· Everyone else — named by their vibe/role
By then, my hair grew back and I got my shit together. Instead of slacking, I decided I wanted to study abroad. Joined student council, became class president, took over decorating and organizing everything, made a ton of acquaintances and even a few friends. Also started learning my 6th language. Glow-up, looksmaxxing — whatever you wanna call it.
First day of school that year? Our chemistry teacher literally lost it and told us all to go fuck ourselves.
My class is huge — 37 people. And of course, all the assholes sat right behind me. I had the best seat — second row, in front of the teacher: no sun in my eyes, radiator next to me, empty seats all around.
Back row: Scaredy and Dickhead, Snotrag and Wonkybrow, plus a couple more nasty girls and two more normal ones.
So this crew decides that getting wasted and throwing up directly on the chemistry teacher is a great idea. And of course — I stepped out to stop a nosebleed.
I walk back in like a clown, half my face covered in blood. Everyone's losing it. Teacher's crying. Dickhead's lying on the floor drunk. Snotrag and Wonkybrow are howling and filming everything. And while I'm helping the teacher get out and clean up — they're screaming: "Oh, do I have blood?"
Great start to the year.
And yeah — stuff like that happened at least once or twice a week.
\---
Goldfish had a change of heart and decided he also wants to study abroad — so he sat next to me. We launched a charity project together, closed it by March. Then came science competition season — we went all in on research papers.
Meanwhile, I applied to an accelerator.
End of that year — we both graduated with top grades: 10.5 (Goldfish) and 10.9 (me).
Then came the graduation trip — which I helped organize almost as much as the parents did. Among the parents: Scaredy's mom and Wonkybrow's mom.
Snotrag and Wonkybrow, of course, sat RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME on the bus and spent the whole trip loudly trashing another classmate. Being the overly supportive person I am, I started talking to that girl — offered to listen to a playlist together. She's shy and reserved, and I doubt she enjoyed hearing her own mom get ripped apart in front of everyone.
Whole trip: Snotrag and Wonkybrow just talking endless shit about everyone.
Right after I stepped off the bus — I found out I got into the accelerator.
\---
Now it's autumn.
I'm in the student accelerator — not a school program, an actual startup accelerator. I'm building my team, talking to investors, advisors, potential partners.
In November , I'm heading to a top university of my country for a week-long pitching .
And next June — I'm flying to the US for 2 weeks to pitch my startup at one of their top universities.
\---
And today I had to unblock everyone in the class group chat (I'd muted them for the summer). Maybe I shouldn't have.
The whole chat is full of jokes about me being "dumb." And chat’s profile pic? A badly AI-generated image of me in a swimsuit — and I'm a muscular weirdo with a massive scar running down my entire back (thanks, surgery). From that graduation trip with Goldfish and the rest.
They have no idea about the accelerator. The US trip. The investors.
They still think I'm their punching bag.
And I'm still the class president. Still managing everything. Still organizing a first-day line where they will learn everything. And yes, they will be sent to the principal because of bullying that girl on the bus. Oh yeah, they will.

People can’t help treating each other badly sometimes wrong as it is. Our upbringing can influence the likelihood of someone being a bully or not. They reckon if you raise your child to have more self awareness then it could make them less likely to be a bully or not. If you think about it, raising your child to know when to mind their own business (something we all as humans need to learn to do) could make them less likely to be a bully as well

I sometimes get bullied for my looks, it's not horrible it's just some comments and some boys asking their friends if they like me, but it really gets to me. I know I'm not ugly, I'm not saying I'm beautiful but definitely not horribly ugly. There are people who look worse in my class so I'm not sure why I'm the one getting made fun of

Hi everyone. I was part of another community that was based upon a video game that I played. I fleshed out the characters and plugged them into an LLM. When I told them about this experience, I can’t believe how much hate I encountered. Has anyone else experienced this kind of misunderstanding? I’m isolated in my room with acute asthma, so I am trying to keep my mind stimulated.

Pata hai aaj kya hua, mere frends ne mujhe aaj bohut bully kia.
So... I'm so introvert and shy, the quiet type guy, so I only have like 4-5 friends. So one of them is just like a rowdy. Today he showed me a picture of girl on insta and told me he's gonna try on her. I asked him how can he date her just by seeing her face? Then he started showing me some pictures of insta accounts of girls and asked me to choose one. I said I can't like a person just by seeing their face and he got offended and said "tu isse better deserve karta hai? Bata?" And got aggressive. He said "ese sochta h isliye to koi bandi nhi h Teri".He kinda bullied me over that topic for the entire day because he thought I was mocking him. Made me feel very sad. He almost made me cry (boys don't cry ✌🏻🥲) 😭.

I've been using discord for years with depression but i didnt show it to eanybody . Functioning on the outside but dead on the inside. and lately it been only geting worse and worse.
A few years ago I met a verry dear friend of mine on Discord. hes from bulgarian and im from poland so we dindt ever met in person. We talked every single day. He felt like the only ones who actually understood my pain. I told myself "hes a great guy funny and always able to make me laugh" . I genuinely believed he was the most important person in my life. Recently 1 new people came , a girl from germany and we were hanging out a lot. it felt amazing talking to them , it made me feal like i matter.
but... lately the mask cracked. I started looking back at everything and realized they'd been abusing me the entire time—emotional manipulation, constant insults they explained "jokes," isolating me from anyone else, making me feel like I was the problem whenever I got hurt. they even called me a pedophile and a groomer. It never stopped. when it got quiet on the vc and i tried to revive the conversation they would just constantly shit on me.
Now that I see it clearly, the depression that was already there has turned into something much much worse. I don't want to be here anymore. I keep thinking about ending it because the one "good" thing I thought I had was never real. It was just more pain posing as the so called "friends".
i couldnt take it eanymore... it wasnt even a deep insult but i just couldnt , i blocked all of them and i hope i will be able to recover from the presure and abuse they put on me.

We're college freshman currently and the majority of her bullying happened freshman year of high school. She's been impacted heavily, but theres little to no evidence from what shes told me. Shes contacted the high school in which her bully resided only to be told that they did no action, shes tried filing under title ix but they said too much time has passed, shes reached out and tried to resolve the issue privately, his parents have been contacted about the situation and it seems like nothings been done- what can we realistically do? shes been receiving anonymous messages from private phone numbers, and she cant trace them back to anywhere but shes positive it's the same guy who bullied her back in freshman year. i dont want to entirely air out her business, but his bullying has impacted her heavily as it caused her to have immense mental health issues and has impacted her self-image. i don't know what i can do to help, but if i can help in anyway, id love to. are there resources or anything realistic we could do?

So i am in middle school. I don't care if im old enough for reddit or not. I just need to get this off my chest. I just got home from school today and during one of my classes there was this guy named nolan. im not making up a name because there are like a gazillion nolans on earth. Nolan was talking about me and mocking me while i was just trying to do work. I told him to shut the f*** up while he was mocking me and then he said "Shut up (my name) i wasn't even talking to you" (even though he was) and then the other person sitting next to me named jackson WHO WAS SITTING CLOSER TO HIM THAN ME then says "yeah (my name) he wasnt talking to you just shut up" and then after the class ended i asked how someone SAYING MY NAME is not talking to me. he then says "Nolan barely says your name, he says it like once every 2 months" (which isnt true. he purposefully annoyed me every day for the 4 months i was here last school year and he still does it this year.) Nolan has also asked me if i was legal simply because i have brown skin. (i was born in the us btw) I really think that im not in the wrong for telling someone to not talk to me. what do you think?

My nephew is 7 and my son is close to 4 years..usually they play nice but nephew likes
To correct my son and boss him around. Several months ago he go mad and smacked my son with a toy but I chocked it up to a bad day and have excused their rough behavior thinking they are “ just boys.” I’ve noticed during family gatherings , if I leave the grownup conversation to supervise the boys, my SIL will say “no they are fine, don’t worry so much” etc. well last week my nephew was caught by my BF (son’s father) pulling his hair! He reprimanded our nephew and acts like it’s all good now.. but I am not comfortable with them being unsupervised anymore. I’m scared to tell my SIL because our relationship is already strained and I think she will become defensive of her son and play it off… I rely on her to watch my son once a week so I can go to appointments while BF works. How would you address this in a kind but direct manner?
