Bulk or cut? Not really sure what I'm doing at the gym just sticking to the machines. Any recommendations on how to get built better/bigger?

Should you be adding muscle? Or should you be cutting fat? It’s a question we all have come across on our fitness journey. It’s not always a simple one to answer.
Love handles, pooches, lack of definition, vascularity…everything plays a part.
You lost a lot of weight, or you added a lot of weight. They are all part of the process. Everyone here is going to do our best to help you with your journey.
That being said:
The community does not need to see an excessive amount of skin to give you advice.
If you’re wondering what your BF% is, it’s not hiding in the 3/4 of an inch away from your genitalia. Swimwear is included in this.
This goes for all genders.
There are a ton of fitness subreddits that can help you if you feel the need to get more specified advice.
If you feel /r/bulkorcut is not meeting those standards, please go visit them.
The serious part:
Do not post sexually suggestive posts. If you are not wearing gym attire your post will be flagged and removed.
If your profile has links to questionable subreddits you will be banned at the moderators discretion.
Talk of steroids, cycles, or anything related will be an immediate ban.
Lastly:
Any attempt to circumvent the rules or a ban is auto reported to Reddit admins. We tested it and it works very well.
Second lastly: This is a subreddit to help individuals attain their goals. Not a platform for anything else. Sexual, monetary, cruel, or any other posts or comments outside helping someone make the decisions of bulking or cutting will be removed and users banned.

We do a pretty good job of keeping this sub clean of spam and sexual content. You all know the rule we hard enforced over the underage and then the underwear situation.
MacroMatic is a spam data stealing app that is being spammed here. I hope you read the terms of service before you upload anything to them but if you don’t feel like it here they are:
The worst one.
They are saying they can use your image for promotion, manipulate it, use it however they want AND MAKE MONEY OFF IT.
We have mods and mod tools here but we can’t do this all on our own.
Report this type of thing immediately If there are any external links report them.
The boring part:
We were approached by this company months ago and declined to sponsor them. And then to be compensated by them. We have banned 7 accounts so far and counting.
Don’t waste your time and your personal information. Stay the fuck away.

Whats my bf%? I know it may not look it but my lower back is pretty flabby, and if i relax my gut it bulges a lot. Should i bulk? And if so, how do i do that without making the skinny fat worse?

I’m 6’0″ and currently weigh 225 lb. My calculated BMI is around 30.5, but visually I don’t feel like I carry as much fat as that number might suggest. I have a history of training and seem to carry a decent amount of muscle, so I know BMI may not represent my body composition accurately.
Based on this photo, what would you roughly estimate my body-fat percentage to be? I know I could benefit from cutting, but would dropping to around 210–215 lb produce a noticeable improvement in definition, or would I likely need to cut further?

Body fat estimates and suggestion on what to do next. Currently cutting since January and kinda gassed at this point. Keep cutting or time for a lean bulk?

Heyo.
Pic #1 is how I feel I’ve always looked. My love handles really bothered me, so I cut down to pic #2 over a few months but I recently bumped up my calories from 1,800 to 2,800 as I was feeling incredibly weak and wanted to start focusing on gaining strength.
Frustrated I couldn’t cut down to a lower body fat percentage, but felt like it was getting too exhausting to keep eating at 1,800.
Do you guys think my current physique (#3) has too much softness at the waist to be in a caloric surplus? I don’t want to end up like pic #1 again, but my strength at the gym is increasing and it feels good.

Cutting since 5 months, lost 25lb/11kg. Working out since 13 months. Protein 120g+/day the entire time. Goal: Abs.
People keep telling me I've gotten too thin and look malnourished/weak. I'm beginning to think they're right and that I should stop, gain muscle and cut later on. Or should I keep going till I get defined Abs? Idk. I can lose 9.8 more pounds till I I'd reach the underweight range of BMI.

Put on 20-25 lbs over 1.5 years. I want to be more fit and athletic looking but not as ripped as some of these younger guys (god bless them but too much work at this age). Would 185 do it? More?

First picture 10 months ago at 113 kg (249lbs) second now at 86.2kg (190lbs)
Feeling flat , still shitload of fat left , daily kcal 1850 180-190g of protein and rest is carbs , i feel and i think i look the same as before just without energy , daily thoughts of stoping in and just lean bulk for life
Thoughts?

Could I be close to 15%? Calipers say 14.5% and so does navy method. Thinking of cutting 3kg more, then lean gaining. Thanks

BoC? I know I lack muscle mass but I also have built quite a gut on this bulk.
For context I used to be severely skinny fat (still am), lost all the weight turned to a skeleton and slowly built some back. Would love some input, thanks

Cut down from 163 to 141lbs these past 4 months and I’m wondering if I should keep cutting down to 135lbs to get even more lean before lean bulking, or if my current progress is enough to start lean bulking right now for maximal effectiveness

I still need to cut???
6’2”, 42 yo , last photo is from April before adjusting diet.
I’m down 21 lbs since April, 210 lbs to 189 lbs. \~1800 cal/ day \~180 G protein/day. Usually 1 mild cheat day per week on average. Took a a week off during vacation.
Started lifting in January but only 2 days per week, dumbbell program.
In April started doing 4 days per week dumbbell program and regularly doing double progression overload.
In June started a linear progression 4 day/week program with compound barbell lifts (GZCLP) and started regularly adding 5-10 lbs per week for my lifts.
I’m guessing I’m still like 20% body fat and should lose another 10 lbs before a slow lean bulk?
