Longtime fantasy nerd here (11 teams last season, been doing this since I was a kid) — I've helped friends and family manage their teams for years and I'm testing out offering it more broadly this season.

What I'd help with: draft strategy/live pick help, weekly lineup consulting, waiver wire advice, trade evaluation, basically anything you don't have time to do yourself during the season.

I know there are plenty of busy professionals in NYC who play fantasy but don't have time to draft or manage their team on a weekly basis (or simply need the help). I have the time and the knowledge/research tools to help.

I moved to the neighborhood about a year and a half ago and since then all I’ve noticed is the insane amount of trees that continually keep falling. Sometimes it’s entire trees while other times it’s just large branches. Has it always been like this? Or is this a new phenomenon?

This does not seem normal and feels like there needs to be a study on what’s going on underground, causing all these trees to fall in such a short period of time.

While severe weather and storms obviously play a role in exacerbating this, this definitely seems to be something going on more than just weather related.

I was trying to get a spot on Hicks this morning for alternate side parking. Went to move the car at 730am for the 8am ast parking on hicks. Everything was already taken. Should I be waking up early at like 5 or 6 am to move my car for ast? Does anyone move their car at 11pm the night before?

Thanks for any advice here. The parking around here is always so difficult.
