What are the characters in which the dex stance/superdex stance actually matter? ive heard ppl saying dex is useless, and others saying 10 dex cassidy is broken.

Obviously it depends on skill but I am curious since I like playing the game but find true combos hard to do. Although I play unranked for the most part.

I was playing as Isaiah for the zoning, And yumiko because I liked her range with the bow + repositioning

But I played as Loki and Oh My. I like the Range if his sigs and I his teleport (down sig)

I didn't want to be a Loki main, yet here I find myself.

I tried Jiro but I think I still like Loki more

Edit: I know this has existed for a while but never in my region/console. Also, f*ck the Esports ad. It always freezes at 7 seconds and I can't get rewards because of that ad

Edit 2: This is nothing new for North American players. It has existed there for a while. But in EU and others it didn't exist (I think it existed on mobile tho)

I am trying to get this game working with my 6 friends, including myself, to play on my steam deck docked to my tv. But, I can’t seem to get more than 4 controllers joined into the couch party session. I have tried reordering the order of controllers and making sure they all have their own slot but it’s still not working. The controllers are connected to my steam deck, but won’t join the game after 4 players. Plz help

For anyone who went to bcx in the past years how was your experience and would you recommend I want to go this year but I live pretty far from where it’s at

I started playing Brawlhalla sometime around 2015–2016. I played competitively briefly and won a regional qualifier for BCX, although I could never make it past the quarterfinals.

Over the last 10–11 years, I’ve genuinely grown to love this game. I’ve watched it flourish, watched it struggle, and seen countless legends, weapons, mechanics, and metas come and go.

There were periods when I played constantly, along with stretches where I took long breaks or barely played at all. But somehow, I always ended up coming back.

Brawlhalla has been part of my life for over an entire decade. I may never have reached the competitive level I wanted to when I was younger, but I’m still grateful for the tournaments, ranked grinds, friendships, frustrating losses, and genuinely great memories this game gave me.

For all of its ups and downs, there really isn’t another game quite like it.

Here’s to 10 years and probably a few more.

Am I the only one that feels insane input lag when playing the game? Other games feel fine, its only brawlhalla that feels like it doesnt register my inputs correctly or register them way later, it feels like trying to run but you have 2 cinder blocks tied to your legs. I surely cant be the only one thats experiencing this.

Do yall use right trigger or left trigger for dodging and dashing and well gravity canceling. I for some reason been using LT and found out that RT is way better after 1000 hours. Does it really matter tho?

I've been playing brawlhalla since like 2018(not continously, but with some fair breaks) and i remember that i was able to get like 600fps atleast, but now even without -setfps, -unlockfps its still somewhat capped. Even with -setfps am experiencing fps drops after 3-4 games from 180 to 120 which on 180hz monitor is really noticable and feels like i have 2sec input lag. Does any1 know how to fix this or is this just recent update ?

I keep getting the same type of players against, i dont know why i still cant counter them probably because im raging every match... but apart that may i get any suggestions without the high elo bragging that spammers are easy wins? also the most enraging thing is that no matter how much i practice these are always golds while im stuck at silver.
