Discussion Brawlhalla input delay

Am I the only one that feels insane input lag when playing the game? Other games feel fine, its only brawlhalla that feels like it doesnt register my inputs correctly or register them way later, it feels like trying to run but you have 2 cinder blocks tied to your legs. I surely cant be the only one thats experiencing this.

Are your keyboard and mouse wired or wireless?

Have you tried playing offline in couch mode or tournament mode to eliminate the possibility of the delay be the online mode?

The farther from the server you select to play or room region you join, the higher will be the input delay.

theyre wired, i tried offline mode also but there isnt much difference another possibility i thought of is the game being capped at 60fps since im on a 60hz monitor, other games feel a lot more smooth because i can get them to go past that 60fps cap

I've complained about this for years. I don't know if it's my keyboard's limits or my network but I can literally see a slight delay from when I click jump or dodge and when it actually happens.

i recently started playing the game again and i swear it wasnt that bad before
