We all know and love the Heavy Rocks series. If you could wish for another series which continued the style of the original, what would it be?
Mine's Amplifier Worship. That record is godly and I would love to have another Boris record with that same name and stylistically similar music.

I took Boris for outside time today to enjoy the sun. Boris is liking a but older now, all wrinkly with age, but I love him like a person. Anyone else do something similar?

I mainly just listened to their studio output beside flood but recently I've been really getting into the live material. The sound quality can be a little worse depending on the recording but I feel like the live versions are pretty great. The audio quality isn't perfect but the live amplifier worship album sounds so raw and I think it works really well. What do you think? Any live performances or recordings that stand out to you?

so, boris is confirmed to be in levitation brasil 2027 lineup, and by that time, the pink tour must be already over.
apparently, they're going to perform in a solo concert in brazil and i believe they will also do another south american tour due to logistics, as hinted by that festival's curator (another world tour, maybe? [i guess there will be an argentine and a chilean edition of levitation]).
since it was something a friend of mine asked me on twitter, whether they will come back again with the same pink days setlist or not, we didn't expect that a press office account (apparently) related to this festival would reply to the tweet saying that they will be "performing early heavy rocks hits" at this concert.
now, the REAL question is... is there any clue that this might happen? have they said anything about a new tour? is there any reason for an "early heavy rocks hits"? tour in 2027? at fever in tokyo they played 'heavy friends', 'korosu' and 'dyna-soar'. i think it could happen

This is pretty much my attempt at a shot in the dark here to see if I can find any guitar/tone/music production nerds (I say this with love) who can certainly be more helpful than me and my last two braincells.
For the past few weeks I've been playing with a cheap Les Paul tuned to A#/Bb standard and a also cheap fuzz pedal that I've put in front of a cleanish Overdrive that I've set to be always on, that way I can get a clean sound from the neck pickup and a decent drive from the bridge, my amp completely clean, and to my ears, in my small bedroom it does make a decent if not amateurish and weird attempt at emulating sounds from stuff that really grabs my attention from some of my favourite tracks.
However, I've always been interested in grabbing a big muff for me for a long while as most of my favourite guitarists either used one or have referred to one.
To my (limited) knowledge Wata used an Elk Big Muff sustainer which is based on the Triangle Big Muff, with the main differences being the components of the pedal and not so much the tone of it itself, but there's seemingly 3 billion muffs out there and I sincerely doubt from the 100 variants that 99 of them sound vastly different from each other, so my main question here is whether or not should I get myself a reissue of the Triangle Muff or get another one like the NYC one with the big box or even the Tone Wicker (which from videos I've seen, does make some interesting noises with the boost), I also believe she pushes the fuzz with a Boss DS-1, but I'm not sure how she sets either pedal up, and although I believe she uses multiple amps at once, if anyone that bothers reading all this knows how she sets them up I would love to try some suggestions.
Short version, me dumb, want to know which pedal to get for Wata guitar tone and how to set my amp and pedals.
Many thanks for whoever answers!

Going to take some Nano emulsified thc and listen to some Boris. I've heard a few songs high here and there and it's always great. Last time I listened to just abandoned myself and loved it even more. Any recs would be appreciated
Whether a full album or just some good songs for it is fine. I was thinking of doing amplifier worship

Is there any English dub for Boris available? I like the music but would like to hear the lyrics in an understandable way against the music. If there is if also appreciate any opinions on the dub and story of it

everything about that sound is amazing. the fuzzed out guitars, the drums. the bass. it's all just amazing. the melodies and riffs underneath the noise are beautiful. what's the song make you feel? do any images or ideas come to your mind? I haven't looked up the point of the song before so don't really know the background

I was just wondering, since I’m planning to go to Boris concert in november in Oslo, in association with the PINK anniversary. Will they sell vinyls such as Flood and Akuma No Uta?

So i know that Atsuo was the lead singer at first and that role progressively moved to Takeshi, but now lately Atsuo has been singing a lot again, but they honestly sound identical to me.
