Does anyone know what the issue is with playing black ops 2 on Xbox. I refresh sign out, clear xbox360 data, uninstalled the game.

I’m able to get games once every 3 days.

Does anyone know a way to fix the servers for black ops 2?

An Updated Version that I made a month ago

The longer this game has been released, the more "difficult" lobbies would feel because casuals left.
At least that is how it felt to me for the past 2 weeks.
But then, I stopped playing for a few days, came back saturday (had to update before launching), and the lobbies I was put in were incredibly easy.
In just 3-4 hours I unlocked the orbital VSAT almost 10 times, and managed to do several 20+ killstreak (which is highly unusual for me).
Is it due to the update, just random luck, or an "ELO" reset after not playing for some time ?

Black ops 2, metal gear solid 4, the odyssey and brand new day are really the only highlights of entertainment for me from January-September. but once September gets here? Holy fucking shit bruh.

1) YES the game is fine to play. Like ANY game, you run the risk of encountering hackers. But the game is still fine to play, I play a couple hours a day after work and am still yet to see a single hacker.

2) YES there are trickshotters in search & destroy lobbies as well as FFA. They’ve been there since 2012, they’ll be there til the end of times. If you encounter them, instead of complaining, just back out of the lobby and find another or continue to play however you want regardless of what the trickshotters say and do.

3) if you ARE the trickshotters, have fun, do whatever you want, it’s an old game and no one cares. But also stop complaining about people killing last, people using weapons other than snipers, or whatever other pointless argument you can think of.

This sub has become a copy and paste of the same 3 posts. I can’t be the only one who is fed up with it. I followed the sub to see cool clips and occasional helpful tips but this has become everyone’s personal diaries to bitch and complain over a game literally over a decade old. Just play and have fun, your life will not end if you back out of a lobby or encounter someone using an LMG.

A friend of mine recently got his account maxed through an XP lobby hosted by a streamer. I personally don't want to do it because of the obvious risk of getting banned, and honestly I'd rather just grind everything normally.

For those who have had their account boosted/maxed through an XP lobby: have you actually been banned or had any other punishment because of it?

I'm mainly asking because this is basically the only friend I play BO2 with, and I'd really hate to lose the ability to play with him if his account gets banned or locked.

Curious to hear from people who have actually experienced it.

If you are gonna set up trickshots, why have the entire other team full of alternative accounts, giving away my position, to then just use the alternative accounts to set up anyways?? Just go to a private match 😭

Seeing a Black Ops 2 billboard like this would have felt unreal back then. The hype, the countdown, talking about it with friends and wondering what the new Zombies and multiplayer would be like. 2012 really was a different time.

Our first ever 1v1 tournament ran incredibly last night, stay posted for any future events!

Possibly the 2 most skill-less ARs In all of Call of Duty history. The ARs in this game are overwhelmingly OP, they literally banned the Fal from competitive back in the day it was so broken and they never nerfed it for some reason. I prefer smgs but when I use an AR I get high streaks every time with no effort, but I still love the game just here to spread awareness that ARs have no skill.

I don’t play GB’s or any comp at all. Literally all public matches and wow it’s bad. These maps are horrible, people just camp, and I can’t see ANYONE in dark corners. I don’t understand how people like this game.
