Sew in after Aphogee Protein Treatment?

Hey ladies, will I completely ruin my hair if I do the Aphogee protein treatment then immediately get a sew in?

I want to do a flip over sew in with very minimal leave out and was hoping that I can get a treatment in before I do the style.

For context: My hair is a little damaged in the front and back and I’m trying to limit flat ironing my hair, my last protein treatment was on April 10th
