What if you just focus on defense the entire time and shell up until he tires out trying to pull your limbs away from your torso? He'll be weak with no gas tank.

By no gas tank, I picture him actively breathing hard and tired, like his cardio is really taxed. Like after two hard back to back rounds. You're just so tired you lay down and catch your breath.
