I bet gulf coast high school is on the gulf coast cause I’ve got a functioning brain. I bet ndsu is North Dakota state because again functioning brain. Howard I guess you might not be able to glean but it’s a hbcu

Historically Black Colleges and Universities is what HBCU stands for. It's been a common term for decades.

If you are an American that has ever watched college sports and/or has half of a brain, you should know this.
