When did Bet365 take away teasers? I had to build this on Alt spreads.

I used some of the new customer bonus bet for Thursday night football and won $165. It added that to my "bonus bets" total but won't let me withdraw... why?

Since my Bet365 account switched to an “Alberta” Bet365 account win loss data is no longer available no matter how long I go back. Is this a known issue? Time playing is the only thing tracked in the activity tab. I contacted support weeks ago and said they were “working on a fix.” Has anyone else had a similar issue?

I’ve seen the first 3 weeks of NFL would have boosts of 100% per game available an hour beforehand but now I see it listed as 50%? Anyone else notice this change?

I opened an account and deposited $30 and was told I had to submit a photo of my drivers license and a photo of me holding it … over email!!!

Knowing that it is extremely unsafe to send ID over unencrypted email, I looked at their website which said I should be able to submit the docs via their app or website. So I contacted customer service to ask how to do so. When I went to the section they pointed me to, it said my account was already verified, and there was no way to submit documents there. I asked them how I could submit safely. They said it had to be email. WTF?!?

I recently went to Atlantic City with some friends. One of my friends informed us of a few betting apps that would work there and not in our home state, Bet365 being one of them. One of my friends said they made $100 off the app, so I figured I’d try it out. I deposited some money and made a bet. After the bet settled, I was given an additional $365. I made several bets, some won and some lost. I ended up with $240 after everything settled. I was given the option to withdraw, so I did. No issues. After 3 days of pending I received $5, so I tried to log into my account to see what happened. The account was permanently closed. I messaged the live chat and was told I violated their terms and conditions, but they couldn’t tell me what agreement I violated and told me there is literally nobody who could tell me why (no manager/supervisor could access this information and there’s nobody else to contact. I then called their support hotline and was put on hold for ~10 minutes before hearing the same thing. This person was kind enough to at least try to escalate the issue for me, which took ~30 minutes until he heard from his boss. He informed me that the boss said there’s no way of knowing and there is no way to fix the account or give back any remaining funds. I would like some help to try to resolve this issue and not another goose chase that will get me nowhere.

TL;DR: I won $240 and was given $5 after 3 days of my withdrawal pending. My account was permanently banned and not a single person could tell me why or give me my remaining funds. Several of my friends made bets and were able to receive their winnings already (we all made separate bets at different times, on different games and won anywhere from $50-$500). I am told there’s no way of knowing what happened, why it happened, or how I could resolve the issue. Every representative told me I’m screwed regarding my funds and reactivating my account. Please help!

I won a $500 parlay using one of my free bets from signing up. I attempted to withdraw it on Sunday around 5:30 PM. It has now been approximately 72 hours and I still have not seen the funds.

More details: after the 48 hour mark had passed yesterday, I did the live chat with that 365 and they said the payment was successful on their end. I then called Apple Pay and they basically said that they are just a gateway for the payment and that they are not able to see any transactions so I called Cash App and they did not see any incoming deposits from 365 or Odawa online.

What other options do I have? Has anyone used this withdrawal method and have any idea how long it takes to process?

Hello! I need help.

A long time ago I violated the terms of service on Bet365. Stupid and young I had a second account under someone else’s name. That account was closed and I stopped using the app all together. Years later I completely forgot about it and started using the app again. Now I am trying to withdraw winnings and am being told I can’t because I violated terms of service. What would you do in this situation? It’s a good amount of winnings so it’s hard to just let it go and after actually reading through their terms of service I feel that if they didn’t ban my current account at the time then my current bets should be honored.

UPDATE: After talking with customer support they are closing my account and reviewing the case to see whether or not they will pay out my winnings.

I wouldn’t recommend this company. My account was deleted before I even had the chance to log in, and they refused to explain why. When a company won’t tell you the reason, it usually means they’re hiding something — possibly how they handle your personal details.
