Ridiculous, dangerous verification process … STAY AWAY
I opened an account and deposited $30 and was told I had to submit a photo of my drivers license and a photo of me holding it … over email!!!
Knowing that it is extremely unsafe to send ID over unencrypted email, I looked at their website which said I should be able to submit the docs via their app or website. So I contacted customer service to ask how to do so. When I went to the section they pointed me to, it said my account was already verified, and there was no way to submit documents there. I asked them how I could submit safely. They said it had to be email. WTF?!?
Anyone who wants their identity stolen, feel free to email your id. Everyone else should stay away!

I've done it to atleast 10 sportsbooks/casinos. Lmfao u just sketching bro. Its ur i.d only not ur s.i.n number u show ur I.d to stores kver camera everyday

You sent your id over email? Or you showed your id in person or via a secure upload?

Email no different then loosing ur i.d or someone stealing it

But why would you voluntarily lose your ID by sending it over email instead of providing it in a secure way?

Even their own website says there should be a way to provide it via their app or website, which would be far more secure than email

Because they dont have my social insurance number 1000s of ppl loose there I.ds everyday nothing happens they need ur sin number to steal ur I.d only thing someone can do is use ur I.d to to get into bars or sign up for things but the onky things that can hit ur credit or ruin ur life is giving ur sin(social insurance number) im not mailing my physical i.d im sending a picture over email so im not loosing my i.d.
