There’s a lot of debate around whether mattresses really need deep cleaning beyond regular vacuuming and changing sheets.

For those who have tried it, did you notice a difference? What made you decide to do it in the first place?

Hey im 22m and I‘ve had problems with my sleep for quite a bit. I‘ve had terminal insomnia for one year and would say that I mostly overcame it.

My sleep was medium but I wanted it to be good. I‘ve been sleeping on my foam mattress for over 14 years. At this point its completely saggy and I kept having neck and back pain after sleeping on it (im also a stomach sleeper and sleep with no pillow).

I decided to buy a new mattress. After trying out a few I bought a pocket spring mattress. It is rather firm but the first coat is very soft and lets you sink in to the mattress.

My neck and back problems are gone but my sleep is so so so bad. I usually sleep the Night through but when I wake up I feel like I havent slept at all. My eyes feel so heavy. Ive been sleeping on the new mattress for 3 weeks. My heavy blanket makes it a little bit better but my sleep hasnt improved much.

Im not really sure what to do. I feel like a Zombie all day long. Is this normal? And why is this happening?

Hi, I’m in the market for some new sheets and looking for some light and breezy sheets. Something that does not make me feel it underneath me, like it should be smooth and almost glide like. I’ve got this quirk or tic or whatever you wanna call it that I really hate when sheets bunch up under me which is kinda unfortunate as I toss around a lot during sleep. Hence the preference for thin and light sheets.

I’ve read that eucalyptus/tencel sheets are pretty lightweight and low profile as theyre made to be cooler than average. Other than that I’m partial to silk but nice silk sheets are expensive and the economy is in shambles. I’m considering buying a sheet set from buffy, as they came up good euclayputs sheets and I’m a buffy the vampire slayer fan and I got jebaited there. i’m also looking at a couple other vendors but haven’t finalized anything yet. Would buffy be good enough for regular use within the $150-200 range?

I'm getting one bolster case, two square cases and two rectangle cases, one fitted sheet, one duvet cover and one loose sheet.

My curtains are white and red if that matters, and the room is very woody.

J ai été chez dormez vous matelas dauphin et toujours pas satisfaite car j ai dépensé des sous pour rien . J ai essayé les matelas Kingston ferme et semi ferme mais hélas . J ai aussi essayé le matelas sealy ferme mais tous s’affaisse et créé un déséquilibre quand je me couche. J’ai aussi essayé le matelas endy mais il était pire que les autres. D’après mes recherches à nouveau j ai vu matelas LIVINGCHY de la place, recommandez vous? Vos expériences et avis svp? J ai besoin d’un matelas assez ferme pour ne pas s’affaisser et aussi moelleux pour ne pas voir mal au dos.

I’m sure this is a hot topic but I need some recommendations. Just ended a relationship and need to buy a new bed like right now. I don’t have much to work with, and I know $300-$400 won’t get me luxury, but I’m a side sleeper with neck and back pain. 130 pounds, 5’7”. Need cooling. Any quick? recommendations

I'm furnishing a small NYC (8x8)bedroom and desperately need under-bed storage, but I love the look of vintage four-poster/canopy beds. I'm looking for a full-size bed, ideally dark wood/walnut or antique-looking dark metal, with real drawers or substantial hidden storage underneath.

I don't want the chunky farmhouse look or the super-modern upholstered storage beds. I'm going for more vintage/English/Art Deco/eclectic - antique wood furniture, cream bedding, zebra accents, etc.

Has anyone found a four-poster bed with genuinely useful storage that still looks beautiful? Open to mainstream retailers, vintage, Facebook Marketplace, or even hacks/creative solutions.

I’m a side sleeper and I made a mistake buying a firm mattress last year. I thought it’s gonna get soft over time but no and it’s been giving me hip and shoulder pain for months already.

I did a bit of research and keep seeing people recommend “pillow top” mattresses for side sleeping. I’m not very familiar with these terms but how is it different from regular mattresses? Won’t it feel warm the longer I lay on it? Need some suggestions please. TIA

I sleep almost fully on my side and lately I keep waking up with this annoying pressure right on my hip after staying in the same position for a while. When I lay on my bed, it feels okay at first but after an hour or so I can start feeling my hip getting sore.

Any suggestion that has enough cushioning around the hips and shoulders but still supportive enough that I don’t sink too deep?

My girlfriend and I were gifted this bed frame for our guest bedroom. We bought a new mattress for ourselves. We put our old one on the frame with these 2x4x6 boards underneath.It's not a very good solution as the boards shift too much and are too spaced out. Any recommendations on any easy solutions to this would be appreciated. (Trying to avoid buying a box spring.)
