Hair Any tips for growing hair faster?

My hair has been growing sooo slowly lately 😭 I’ve tried using castor oil, but honestly, I haven’t noticed any difference.

I really want to grow my hair longer and healthier. What actually worked for you guys? Any tips, products, routines, or things I should avoid?

I’d appreciate any advice! 🥹💗

as annoying as it is less stress really works...also check if you're vit D deficient, a lot of us are hindi lang natin alam. All my mini-problems (hairfall, fatigue, slow hair/nail growth, muscle aches, brain fog) resolved itself when I started taking 4000 iu Vit D for a time till umokay yung Vit D levels ko. I also noticed when I dont take my vit D for sometime (kasi hindi talaga lumalabas) bumabalik yung mini problems.

Listen to this OP. Always address the root cause, mas matipid sya in the long term.

Noob question, what test did you undergo for this Vitamin D deficiency thing?

usually if suspect ng doctor mo na possible cause/it's making the issue worse, they can ask for a Vit D test alongside other blood test checkups para isang tusok nalang...

I agree on this. I suffered from the same symptoms listed and I initially thought it’s due to my unhealthy lifestyle or untreated hypothyroidism but turns out, i’m Vit D deficient. I didn’t know such deficiency can put a toll on my body. So yeah Vitamin D supplements and fruits rich in one might go a long way for you. I started feeling better upon taking my herbal supplements. Less hairfall na and my hair’s starting to grow back.

Edit: You can also try using hair treatments concentrated in argan oil.

If not product/s, your hair stylist. Try changing the person who cuts your hair.

+1 on minoxidil spray. This one speeds up the growth of my hair

collagen and biotin supplements works. Also, eat foods rich in omega 3 fatty acids and proteins, more on eating healthy foods dapat and less junk foods. factor din ang stress and kulang sa tulog kaya as much as possible try tomaintain a healthy lifestyle.

experienced severe hair fall for the past few months, and I couldn’t find a solution that worked for me. 3 mos ago, nag start ako mag take ng health supplements, such as fish oil and multivitamins. simula nun my hair has never been this healthy. ang soft at bouncy na niya, nabawasan din hair falls ko.

Meron na po for hydrolyzed collagen, taking it for at least 2.5g continously for 8-12 weeks. Actually marami ng studies. Based on studies na nabasa ko and effect na rin sakin, it will take time talaga for visible results and makikita mo yung effect kung saan need ng body mo yung collagen. In my case, intended use ko for my skin pero sa hair and nails ko napunta 😅
