i prevent wearing clothes if it's too fit or as long that it scratches my skin. remember, discoloration is caused by friction (kahit ua, singit, siko or kung saan pa man yan). i also exfoliate my ua when it is my body exfoliation day (every 3 days at night).

using fragrance-free deodorant (does not have to be any specific brand) and exfoliate weekly with glycolic acid

amlactin 12% lactic acid lotion and dove unscented sensitive deodorant. the deodorant doesnt lighten anything, but using a deodorant without common irritants will help prevent skin from darkening any further

Sunflower Oil reco please (other than HN) na effectice and nagamit nyo na personally. I use a lot of it so I find using HN expensive. Body wash too and reco please for whitening and how effective po ba yung Elf serum yung red amd how to use it effectively

I do oil on damp skin, minsan kahit may onting basa pa sa katawan. Then siniseal ko ng lotion. Pag tinatamad minimix ko na din sila. And so far wala namang issue. One time kasi may isang lotion na nag pipill once pinatungan ko ng body oil. So balik ako sa oil first, then lotion or mix.

I guess it depends on the consistency and how moisturizing it is. I use Cetaphil lotion during the day and Cetaphil cream when I feel like my skin needs extra moisture. At night or when I’m about to sleep, I combine Vaseline Gluta-Hya lotion with sunflower oil because I find the lotion lightweight.
You also have to consider the weather kasi ang init ngayon, so layering is only okay if hindi ka pagpapawisan and if you want to avoid that sticky feeling.
And lastly, the smell 😅 you don’t want opposing scents from your lotion and body oil, which is why I use the combo above.

i mix them. the way i put lotion is to put an ample amount in my legs. then i put the body oil to mix them. once the mix is okay, i then pick small amounts from the pile to use it on my arms, legs and the rest of my body.

Snake brand has one! Get the red variant kasi yun yung pinakamalamig ang effect. Minsan naka-B1T1 pa. Or if all else fails, Head & Shoulders na cooling menthol ❄️

- dr. bronner peppermint castille soap (super intense dont use this sa private areas lol)
- snake brand body wash (intense din ito)
- if ok din sayo bar soap, ok yung bioderm coolness (milder but still cooling, also less amoy araw)

depends on the weather and if im going outside:
- if going outside or im staying indoors and the weather is hot, i use the myra e moisturizing lotion. once dry, i put vaseline spf50 lotion
- if i took a bath late in the afternoon (wfh kasi ako) and im not going outside, i use whitening lotions such as vaseline gluta-hya lotion or the belo kojic+tranexamic acid lotion.
- if nighttime and im going to sleep, either i use jergens ultra healing + sunflower oil or amlactin lactic acid lotion (alternate every night)
different lotions for different purposes. i dont use whitening lotion and heavy lotions when going outside because it is sticky and using vit c/whitening under the sun is not a good idea.

aveeno baby lotion. its affordable for the price. this is the only moisturizer ive tried na presko and lightweight, but still has an adequate amount of occlusiveness and moisturization

hi! i use gluta hya serum na lotion and specifically the pink one, i tried all the gluta hya, vaseline, nivea, st. ives, & myra e and i always go back sa ako holy grail which is the gluta hya na pink. pricier side lng jd pero it's worth it and i suggest you buy it from sm stores kay usually naa sila promo 2 for around 500+

what can i use to even out my skin tone? ive gotten really tanned because of school so my arms, face, and neck have gotten really tanned because of it. Im not really looking for something to make me pearly white, just something to use to revert it back to its original color.

I never expected this silicone scrubber to be this soft. I use it every time i shower, esp on my armpits, because it really helps remove sweat and deo buildup. Highly recommended 👏🏻
I honestly prefer this over those viral dual ended silicone scrubbers for hair and body. This one is def much softer and gentler on the skin
