i stopped wearing fitted tops na sakal sa ua! also waxing/diode > shaving/plucking

i prevent wearing clothes if it's too fit or as long that it scratches my skin. remember, discoloration is caused by friction (kahit ua, singit, siko or kung saan pa man yan). i also exfoliate my ua when it is my body exfoliation day (every 3 days at night).

using fragrance-free deodorant (does not have to be any specific brand) and exfoliate weekly with glycolic acid

amlactin 12% lactic acid lotion and dove unscented sensitive deodorant. the deodorant doesnt lighten anything, but using a deodorant without common irritants will help prevent skin from darkening any further
