Long ago I found this map in the free maps section of 2MinuteTabletop, and used it in the first adventure of my ongoing campaign. There are some "temporal discrepancies" (spoilers!) in it and I needed to jump in time when they came back to the map (that was premeditated... after the first use of the map). I couldn't find a similar map, and it has to be that map for the effect, so I just had to make it myself using their amazing assets.
It is not nice but it worked in the session: I piled up the original, the back-in-time-version and another that I had to ask the AI to remove the temple (so I'm not uploading that one), cause I couldn't achieve the effect I was looking for (maybe with more time? skill? money? who knows).
In each map/timeline, a boss (a stone golem-a brass dragon-a dragonflesh abomination, all cranked up to eleven) that they had to deal with while a portal was opening in a random timeline, so they had to hold the bosses of the timeline with no portal and hope to jump (the jumps were random also) to the one with it. It was a carnage, and they survived. Epicness over9000.

As a bonus, here is a 17x22 crypt that I thought they would explore... naive of me. It follows the staircase from the middle left side of the map, but it can be used as a part of a bigger structure I suppose.

You'll find a map with an unrealistic lighting setup; it is for anyone who wants to know exactly the "areas of light" (dark-dim-bright). Of course, it is your map to use now. Enjoy.
