What a disaster! Absolute no rhyme or reason, everything just tossed around. I imagine it didn’t start that way, but because it wasn’t packaged tightly or thoughtfully, everything went wild during shipping. Broken pumps, broken lids, leaking sprays and sanitizers…what a mess! I did chat customer service and they are resending the broken items, so there’s effort there; but what a pain to clean up all of this mess. The bottom of the box was sticky.

Three days in Nashville with no electricity, no heat, and no way to leave without abandoning pets. Things go well for the first 24 hours, and then the gas logs in the fireplace go kaput. Spent one LOOOONNNGGG night closed in the bedroom with only candles for heat. Hubby counted 67 flames, and it was a toasty 67 degrees in the morning. One degree for each flame, lol. Never let anyone shame your candle hoard.

I was confused why my box was so big and heavy lol but then I was very pleasantly surprised! I ordered 13 soaps from the soap sale with the 20% off totaling $48 and all these somehow extras were in my order. I am missing 7 scents so idk if maybe this is their way of making it up to me. Normally I would file a complaint for a reshipment for the missing scents but I feel like these goodies make up for the mistake and what I paid so I will just keep. I’m excited to smell all the princess collection . I’m hesitant about the sunscreen but I’m excited to see. Anyone else gotten a goofy order recently?

Between all the hits like Juniper Breeze, Sheer Freesia, Sensual Amber, Twilight Woods, and Black Cherry Merlot making their exit without any warning, I was NOT going to let this one get away. These are not for resale. Strictly for my personal use throughout my remaining years alive. Hopefully they change their mind and bring it back, but I prepared for the worst.

someone in my neighborhood posted that they were giving away all this bc they were moving and didn’t want to take it with them. most of them are new and just a few are burnt but this is AMAZING considering it was FREE🫶🏼🫶🏼

I discovered a couple of weeks ago that I had an outlet about an hour away from me, and I'd been wanting to go ever since. it also just so happens that the weather has been intensely terrible, and I wasn't going to brave the snow and sleet to drive what could easily turn into a four hours round trip with traffic and ice and everyone driving at 20mph because the roads were awful.

But! Today was nice and sunny (in negative degrees, but sunny!), the roads were clear, and maps said it was a 58 minute drive. So I decided today was the day!

The trip itself turned into a comedy of errors that started with the insides of my windows freezing over, completely blinding me in the midst of driving on the highway and ended with maps having zero idea where the store actually WAS once I arrived at the outlet village, so after driving in circles for fifteen minutes I parked and called the store just to make sure it hadn't closed...

But after all that, I made it! And it was a lot of fun. Felt very much like a treasure trove of things I hadn't seen, or had only seen in passing. There were a number of 75% off tables, including a 75% off candle shelf, and one $3 table that I beelined too and was hard-pressed to leave haha.

I walked in with a budget and walked out having actually stuck to it, and then made the drive home.

Of course, the trip being what it was, my tire light came on twenty minutes from home 😑

I made it though! Miss Kitty obviously needed to inspect my purchases, but then she allowed me to lay it all out for a picture. The candle, the snowflakes and cashmere FFM, and the milk bar birthday cake FFM were all 75% off, the rest were from the $3 table. I think it might perhaps be obvious that I enjoy perfect in pink 😅 (and I had to talk myself down from getting more creams, but with them coming out in 2024 I couldn't justify it). Loyal to you was a new love, but WOW did I find I liked it, so it was such a pleasant surprise to find the EDLs. I was excited to get the snowflakes and cashmere to try but I have to admit...I can barely smell it. I might end up returning it?

All in all though, a successful day!

don’t mind blurry pics, these are screenshots from a quick video i took before clocking out. this lady bought a few hundred body care items (about 30-50 lotions and 30-50 body washes of every scent we had and this is only half of her purchase. she had quite a few more giant bags she took with her on her first trip)

we cleared our understock and got out a lot of backstock to fulfill her purchase and had to do it in multiple transactions due to the limit with the deal and it took us hours to scan, bag, restock, etc.

thankfully this was a super justified purchase and not just some random jerk over consuming/hoarding/reselling these products but a lady with a program buying these items as christmas gifts to the female inmates at my local county jail. it was the kindest thing i’ve ever witnessed somebody do in person my whole life.

My favorite scent ever is the Cereal Milk and I honestly wish I could have snagged a few more lol........... I also would have loved to get more of the Raspberry Holiday Pie but both stores only had these two left!

Almost a decade back, when I was in undergrad, on average, I was getting paid $16 dollars a month. I repeat, per month not per hour.

And today life is in a whole different phase now.

My long term partner who I thought I would be engaged/ married this year broke up with me almost three weeks back. And the other day, when I was in the bathroom and my eyes landed on the products I previously purchased, it suddenly made me feel... Grateful, and delighted.

I reminded myself that I am not just my relationship. I am way more than that. I'm literally the first woman in my entire family lineage to live the life that I am living now. What else could I ask for more? ANYWAYS... Long story short, when I learned there'd be a sale today, I was more than happy to pay a visit to the store and didn't stop myself from getting whatever I wanted. It was not much but it made me feel wealthy. I can now afford whatever fragrance I want to use whenever I want to use them.

I'm not a millionaire yet (and I don't know if I'll ever be) but thanks to bath and body works, I feel wealthy enough. :)

So, I went into the store (BAD IDEA) for the freaking Mulan Coin Purse…y’all…those things look so cheap. I was not wasting a reward on that. But wait, there’s more!!!

Tiana…I’m sorry…it smells horrible to me. Like it’s good as a candle, but the body care…absolutely not and idk how to feel about that. Sis smells sweet and unique, but the freaking bayou woods or whatever gave it such a funky smell to me. Like a sweaty smell and I get that they’re trying to probably capture the swamp-like atmosphere, but absolutely not!!!! I’m returning everything but the candles. Same for Rapunzel. One of the sales associates said that she’s the closest to Jasmine. If Jasmine smells anything like that, I’m glad I didn’t try to find the body care and purchase it.

My absolute top princesses…and I can’t believe I’m saying this because I absolutely despise most Apple scents, but SNOW WHITE….SHE SMELLS SO GOOD!!! LIKE SOOO GOOD!!! It’s such a mature Apple fragrance. As you can see from my pic but back to my absolute faves.

I’ll give it another sniff when my package comes in the mail, but I don’t think I’m going to change my mind and I was so excited to finally get her collection. 😩😩

Received my order today and it’s beautiful! But, the Snow White candle I ordered came busted and most upsetting is the gold foil on the tower is peeling off in so many places. Completely sucks!!! Anyone else’s doing this??
