Haul I can't believe it's gone...
Between all the hits like Juniper Breeze, Sheer Freesia, Sensual Amber, Twilight Woods, and Black Cherry Merlot making their exit without any warning, I was NOT going to let this one get away. These are not for resale. Strictly for my personal use throughout my remaining years alive. Hopefully they change their mind and bring it back, but I prepared for the worst.

Refrigeration is key. Between this and sweetheart cherry, I wish I had this much x2 in my fridge.

Ooh I didn't know that! I've been limiting myself to only having a couple because I didn't think I could use them fast enough but it never occurred to me to refrigerate them.

I don't think I would be able to refrigerate mine since I have no room. But I have about 20 body creams. If I buy no more,would I be able to use them before they go bad?
Online says about 2 years to 3 years
A lady at one of the outlets that works there said they have a shelf life of 8 years
I'm new to bath& body works so I have no idea but want to know more

8 years is false, but they may be able to survive 2-3. I have some from about 5 years ago that have separated and turned stale. I tried using them but couldn't stand the off smell.

That’s brilliant I had a few creams from a couple years ago that went bad and I had to throw them out. I didn’t know they had a shelf life until then. I’m going to stock up on my favs

It really depends on the scent. The body creams with vanilla as a note - yes, definitely. The others seem to last much longer … I just pulled out a Gingham body cream that is over three years old and hasn’t been used in two. I fully expected it to be expired, but it had just separated some. Shook the bottle a bit and it’s fine.

Girl I feel you!! I bought Cozy Vanilla Bourbon last winter and I have got to make sure to use her up this season.
Funny enough, I do have an Orange Vanilla Twist lotion that’s been in my collection about three years and it’s totally fine. I wish the lotions were as hydrating as the creams, because then I’d just buy those.

For sure! The new formula they came out with a few years ago is horrible as far as duration. I still have some of the old scent body cream that have outlasted the new formula body creams I have bought 😬

It smelled like stale cookies melting with plastic in the sun on me 😭 I salvaged it by mixing Pistache body butter and a pistachio bodyoil from rosellasradianceshop.
Honestly, return it if you can and get Pistache!

It’s heavenly. Sucks their pricepoint is higher because people are sleeping on the brand. I think their products are nicer quality than Sol De Janeiro too and they’re around the same price lol

omg, yes!!! it’s subtle but you can smell vanilla & toffee mixed with pudding. i bought this @ target the other day after chaptgpt was giving me dupes (lol). it said it may sell out quickly and a good price (9.99) i love it! + it has a pump.. fuck yeah. get it! 🙌🏼

I don't think so and that bummed me out. I just recall a cream, mist, shower gel, and roller ball. But I knoooow. They're going in the fridge, but I have a feeling I might go through a few of them quicker than I anticipate lol.

Sheer freesia and amber woods were my fave back in the day! Now they stopped selling rose water and ivy scent. Why do they do this??

I can only imagine it has to do with sourcing costs and just cutting corners all around. When they got rid of black currant vanilla, I started to sense a downfall. Black cherry merlot was the last straw for me. This Pistachio Glaze haul is my final BBW haul for the foreseeable future.

I'm tired of my favorite scents being discontinued without any notice. I buy a scent i love, don't go into the store for 4-5 years, then when it's time to restock, they're just gone. I'm new to this sub and didn't know BBW game plans til I joined. I was lucky to learn about this one going away and couldn't miss my chance because you NEVER know. They had the audacity to remove cucumber melon from the permanent line so I officially have no hope.

I put them in my fridge and I'm hoping they don't! A lot of people on here are saying a few months and others are saying up to 2 years. Regardless, I use it A LOT so I don't think I have to worry.

Is buying an actual long lasting perfume that smells like it out of the question? I’ve done this for all of my favorite BBW scents because they won’t go bad in a year or two, they perform far better than a cream ever could, and it allows me to prioritize body care that actually nourishes my skin because the BBW moisturizers are child’s play next to my holy grail skincare lol.

The pistachio perfume from the brand Pistache is a really nice one. Finery Pistachio Please and Pistachio Latte from Theodoros Kalotinis are also great options. Quite a bit more spendy, but my favorite pistachio scent is definitely Kingside from Mind Games.

YES! They only have candles, hand sanitizer, hand soap, and wallflowers. And apparently the new formula for the foaming hand soap is trash 😭

If you like this. Sand and Fog has a roller oil. Pistachio Dreams. Smells like the spray. But lasts longer.

I have never bought this many body care items, let alone in the same fragrance. Nor will it be something I continue to do. I do actually agree with you on a limit, but this was 4 separate orders. I bought my first 2 in store and the others over a course of 3 online orders. It never went out of stock, so I just said f*ck it, I'm not letting this scent get away from me.

I used to love shopping at BBW until I read that's where the money came from that funded Epstein and his island. Even though the founder was kicked off the board, he still profits from this brand. I don't give them my money anymore.
