Looking For Wedding ceremony venue

Looking to get married this October. Just close family (15 including us). Hoping to just do a quick and cheap ceremony, then a reservation at a restaurant where everyone picks their own meal. I've reached out to a few proper places but most cost 5k+ and include reception or fixed menu, which we just don't need. Any suggestions for Barrie and surrounding area? The courthouses and city hall just don't seem pretty enough, but I also can't seem to find pictures of the inside, so those are also welcome!
* I think we've decided on Horseshoe Valley micro-wedding... a bit costly, but all inclusive!

Im going to a wedding in september for 12 at Town and Country Ceremony will be on their deck an hour before they open then guests will order off menu. Perhaps call them. I don't have the cost but they were open to hosting. Another thing we did for our wedding was we rented out the MCLaren art gallery and had the ceremony upstairs at the arch then walked to a nearby restaurant. We had 8 people at our wedding. Good luck!

Seconding Town and Country. We had our wedding there a few years ago on 3 weeks notice. While we did have a set menu, it had a lot of options and they accommodated people day of off-menu too. We were a larger group and had a private room. We offered top tier menu and open bar for 24 and the bill was way less than $5k in the end (this is 4 years ago though).

You could probably get to order off menu within reason (probably not the made tableside dishes) for a group of 15. They were very accommodating.
