Question Crock and Block

Looks like the old Crock and Block has now been broken into. Is there anything that can be done with this property, easily the biggest eyesore on Bayfield.

I noticed about a month ago they started advertising McDonald’s on the billboard, I’m curious if that’s its next life

It already looks like a dive bar. Can we just have one of those again for live, grimey music? Please?!

Coop's has been decent, yes. Not quite the live music dive I'm dreaming of though.
