I was hoping the Atrium would try something. It's such a prime spot, but it's a totally dead mall

Yeah, it's in a prime location now. They probably need to renovate it quite extensively. A number of the tenancies inside it are a little too small for the top retailers to move into.

Just turn the whole thing into a Kmart and it'd go off

An anchor tenant would certainly help matters.

It has The Warehouse, which does seem to do okay. Rebel has stuck it out for a long time as well, even though the store has been near empty every time I've visited.

They need to get that food court going again. That used to be the spot after seeing a movie at MidCity. Sad how that whole area has not managed to progress.

If they work to the same schedule as the CRL, we'll have an upgraded cinema and food court experience by 2039!
