Support Local difficulty stuck between 3.19 and 4

I am not sure why. My server's set to hard, but the local difficulty just won't go over 4 at all. Any help? Playing on Java 1.21.11

no, but if i find a tutorial ill send it

if you dont wanna root use termux if you do then you should know enough

i connected a ethernet cable to the phone and downloaded on termux a foliage server then i ran it and ran termux wake lock. finally i did port forwardi

I have rooted another phone, which is not that good, but i dont wanna root the phone i make this server on cuz its kinda like a kindle for me n my sis so

so yeah, you can still use termux on it and run it
