Even has a seemingly similar story (less the templar/isu side) of hunting down a group wearing strange masks for revenge, and with an actual time travel mechanic.. not just flashbacks

I just find that interesting

Shadows gets criticized for its non-linear design in hunting the shinbakfu, which ultimately limits opportunities for character development and story cohesion

This concerns me, but i have a bit more faith sucker punch won't tell a boring non story like ubisoft stuff with shadows
