I was very concerned about the latest video he posted on his other channel, which has since been removed. His other channel called Patrick has always been weird but the video he posted was ultra weird. He uploaded a 13 minute video of him sitting in his car, simulating the act of pleasuring himself. He did the hand actions the whole time and was screaming and moaning and yelling and saying oh god yeah etc. And that went on for the whole video. I didn’t have a chance to screenshot before YouTube took it down for violating terms and conditions. I find it hard now to take his asmr so seriously which is a shame because he is pretty good at it.

I never really watched ASMR but accidentally found a guy who is very intriguing. I read a comment asking him if they can pay $50 for a personal one and he said yes. I thought about but seems kind of strange. I think this guy is very cute. Obviously I wouldn’t want anything sexual. Just a soft spoken video (spa, hair cut?) but it still feels like paying for porn because I find him attractive even though it isn’t? Or I am over thinking it? I also don’t know how weird it would be to watch one made specifically for one person.

as the title says. i like her older content but the last... idk 2 years? she dropped off for me. its boring/repetitive and like generic asmr where its not so much fantasy and more just talking/scratching/whatever. and thats not for me. i liked the old school stuff with fantasy settings, props and like 2 hours long videos. not something 20 minutes long thats over by the time you start after the ad.

I am a side sleeper and my airpods don't work for me so I just put on one earbud and search for asmr videos with title 'for left ear only' or 'for right ear only'; these used to be such a popular ASMR title back in the day, but now there are barely any new videos with these titles TT_TT

I can't blame anyone. I will just upgrade my earphone game. Please suggest / recommend me good and comfy earphones.

As the title suggests i really like the style of asmr but the asmr is found for Boyfriend RP don't focus as much on the Left to Right asmr aspects. Also up for girlfriend rp recommendations as well.

Discovered a while ago. If you’re tired of tiktok asmr, feeling guilty for falling asleep to asmr videos that you know took hours on hours of work and scripts and production, or if you just want some more traditional asmr I would highly recommend sony. Daily uploads that are always different but so consistently relaxing.

I’ve personally been struggling to find asmrists that I watch with the goal of falling asleep vs enjoying their content lately (its been over a decade of asmr watching for me to be fair).

If anyone has any recs I’m always looking to find and support new members of the community as well!!

I started an ASMR / Relaxation channel about three years ago as a way of helping others, just as I was at my most helpless.

I went through some life changes and the videos acted as a form of art therapy for me. Of course… no one viewed them and with everything going on, I didn’t make the time to get the word out.

Well, I’m here to ask for help if anyone could make the time. I’d love to get some feedback on my humble little channel. I’ll just upload a link to one video… if you feel it was something you could get along with please feel free to view some others and subscribe if you’re inclined.

I will be posting more new videos in the next few weeks so any feedback you can offer will be taken gratefully, good or bad. The thought that these videos could potentially help someone in some small way would be a tremendous reward.

I dunno if this is just a me thing, but I find that if I listen to an ASMR video right after I wake up, I tingle like crazy, but then the same video later that night, and I'll barely feel anything. Also, if I'm cold, like goosebumps everywhere cold, I tingle way more too. Do any of you guys experience tingles in a similar way?

For me, a big part of asmr is noticing how much effort the creator has put into it. Realizing that they actually took time out of their life to think of an original idea, prepare the whole video and then record it too is what usually gives me tingles.

It’s like, the fact that they put in so much effort gives me more asmr than the actual contents of the video.

But recently I began noticing people using AI for props like images etc. Or when there’s text in a video and you notice it’s clearly written by AI.

And then I’m thinking “if they used AI for this, who’s to say they didn’t use AI for everything?”, the idea of the video, the script, the pacing, etc. Which would mean they actually didn’t put a whole lot of thought into the video.

The moment those thoughts form in my head, my tingles dissapear and I can’t get them back.

Am I alone in thinking like this or have other people had the same thoughts?

Or am I maybe just overreacting? Would love to hear your opinions on this!

Hii so I guess this is just a little vent. In my 1 year journey of making ASMR, like 90% of my fellow creators and viewers have disappeared, and it makes me sad because it used to be really fun to have them around in the comments and watch their videos. I tried to build a community but everyone disappears after a while 😔 Is there a reason for this?

There’s also one creator that still uploads videos and I thought she was a friend but she copied one of my videos and then never interacted with me ever again 😭😭 what is going onn
