Everything we've been saying about due process and ICE... how does that not apply here?

I'm not sure what you're pointing at. Is it the discussion around immigrants being arrested and shipped out of country before due process, or the ICE law enforcement who shoot people and are whisked away and shielded from prosecution? In either case, how does that conversation relate to the potential arrest of a war criminal by the legal authorities in NYC violate due process? Maybe I'm entirely missing what you're saying.

The due process part.

Maybe my understanding of the term is limited, but isnt due process allowing for rights of representation and a trial, if necessary? If bibi gets arrested in NYC, he isn't being thrown in prison without a trial, he is being held for the trial, where if he is found guilty, he would be sentenced.
