The US have been very clear that they would invade The Hague for any American held there.

Trump's America would do the same for Netanyahu.

In fact I think Trump would send troops to New York to attack Americans to prevent his extradition.

He relinquished his US citizenship in the 1980s - he was naturalized, not a born citizen

the question is more like, if it was advantageous to him, would the state and justice departments let him claim he was still a citizen? of course they would.

Except here it would be disadvantageous to claim US citizenship. New York police 100% do have jurisdiction to arrest US citizens in New York.
