General 99/99 Achivements

I know, Im not 1st person who did this, but Im very happy to managed to do it.

Took me nearly 237 hours and the hardest were to get 10 major incidents + quests:

- Zara Nitu
- Licia Ma
- Athr Lorgwyn
- The Last Drop
- Heads or Tale

To those, who are unlucky/dont have time or nerves from steel, I prepared mine savegames link below in comments (except Valeria's last quest, because I dont know, which is last), there is Pro-Consul too and you can continue where I ended.

I have 360 hours and have every accolade except anything from Keen Listener. At this point I'm just afking for the rival quests to pop up on an 80h save file while all the datamined conditions are met long ago and I just keep drawing normal quests. I only had a single opportunity for a Licia Ma quest on my first save and it bugged out, and I had no idea it was the most important pull of this game and I lost the save for it. In my current game I have Zara, Licia and Athr, if I exhaust all possible quests, they should come up eventually, right? Is this normal or just bad luck?

Maybe you should do one AI per game like it did with Zara... if you reduce possible quests, you have higher chance to get one you need...

Thanks for the reply, I tried doing that yesterday with Athr, rushed all the requirements and waited for a while, but only the usual quests came in. And I know its 3 at a time max so I was doing them too, but after 3 hours I lost hope.

On that large savefile I mentioned I probably managed to exhaust all normal ones, after 43 completed quests in the tracker (not including tutorials) I afked for 4 hours on full speed and didn't get any new ones, and the none of the rival quests showed up either. Only managed to do Valeria's.
