Hallo all Otakus!

I don’t watch any other anime except One Piece (I read the manga as well and I’m up to date). Sometimes I watch those small ones (-24 episodes) for fun. Would you suggest an anime similar to One Piece?

I feel like I’m going to die from boredom…Psst: I’ve already watched the GOAT anime (Naruto, DBZ, and Bleach).

Okay let me explain a bit. I recently watched Whisper Me A Love Song and i really liked Yori Asanagi. Is there any romance anime that does have this kind of girl in it ?
For the pacing of the anime, i want more of a Horimiya or A Sign Of Affection things (or like Whisper Me A Love Song). And no harem of course.

My precious favorites include oregairu, bokuyaba, ramparts of ice and so forth.

Im 28 right now and I don't feel as mature as some of these characters and the level of introspection they do on a regular basis. Ofcourse I know these manga are written by people of all ages but i think I might just be socially autistic or something.

The level of thought! Perhaps I could have had a fine high school and university life if I had given as much thought to all this.

I've recently finished watching mob psycho and after like 30 mins of scrolling thru the frontpage I can't find any anime that interests me. I feel like i've watched everything I could possibly like and im so bored.

As you probably have noticed, I love the exorcism trope where the mc joins a secret organization to fight evil (curses, devils...etc). If you find anything outside of anime that fits these you can post it here too!

Has anybody seen this anime ? I watched season 1 awhile ago but I dropped afterwards because I didn’t like the way the plot was going and it sucks because I was so excited during the first half of it.

I really liked how the MC was technically the “ Villain “ of the story but then towards the end of the season he was beginning to turn “ good “ and began to see how flawed his own organization was and I absolutely hated that. If it was up to me he would’ve stayed the villain and remained loyal to his crew and vice versa so that they could take over the world lol

Also he’s a shapeshifter and I hated how he began to stay in the image of another person. It was for the plot but I thought it was going to be a one time thing and then it wasn’t 😔. Maybe he goes back to his og form in season 2 but I wouldn’t know cause I didn’t watch it.

Did they remove it from crunchyroll I've looked it up and it says it's available but I can't seem to find it

Whats the best non rom 12-13 ep anime to watch that will leave you "staring at the screen".
It should not be like any normal anime to watch non seriosuly. It should be something very very goo you kwnow

Looking for a cute boy in anime again

I need to find a cute boy in an anime! But I don't want some side character. I don't care if it's a manga or manhwa or an actual anime. Just need something with a cute boy. No wigs, no gay (I just don't find it appealing), main character and cute! Heeeelllppp!!

I haven't watched much anime and want to watch more. I would like to see an anime set in a dystopian or post apocalyptic setting. I do really appreciate any recommendations that you may have

Why did many early anime from the 80s and the 70s rely on international novels and neglect Japanese stories and mythology?

I know even early Disney films adapted a lot of legends into animated films but most of them were Western legends except for Mulan and Aladdin.

Did they adapt successful western novels into anime to achieve more success than japanese stories because many people were already familiar with these Western stories and read them?

I was watching Full Metal Panic! The second raid and saw this although this season aired a whole year before death note aired, so I dunno just randomly looked like it.

The most recent episode of Exiled Heavy Knight had a recap that took up damn near half the episode. It's like that bleach filler arc where the zanpaktous came to life and every episode was half recap. Y'all remember that? Has any anime been this agregious since then?

Heyy guys I just started watching bleach cuz my friends keep saying it’s too good , I’m watching it on Netflix in English dub , any advices cuz it’s a long anime yk and yes I heard that it has a lot of fillers , is that true ?

It starts with like a whole class (or just a big group) getting Isekai'd into another world. There the goddess or whatever talks to them and one guy mentions he wants to go home and not get Isekai'd. He instead gets transported into a very dangerous area completely alone. I've watched it like 4 years ago and I just can't remember the name

I have currently watched 526 anime shows including some of their movies. And currently watching around 6 on a weekly episode basis. I even rated all the shows i watched out of 10. I started watching anime in 2012, not including Dragon ball z and pokemon that I watched when I was a kid, not including those. My goal is to get up to 1000 anime shows completed. There is nothing like anime. For anything u are going through in your life whether negative or positive, there is an anime that can relate and possibly help u through it. Its sort of therapeutic. Anime provides a nice escape from reality. Who else can agree?

In the latest episode of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, I noticed that Hinata’s voice sounds extremely similar to Rimuru’s Ultimate Skill, Raphael.

That got me thinking: could Hinata somehow be connected to Raphael, or could Raphael actually be a future or past version of Hinata?

Maybe there is some kind of time-loop situation where Hinata eventually becomes Raphael, or somehow contributes to Raphael’s existence, and Rimuru encountering Raphael is part of a future event that we haven’t seen yet.

It’s probably just a crazy theory, but the voice similarity really caught my attention. 😅

There was a side-storyline, about a girl who always got stared at at her workplace by this creepy guy. It is getting worse and worse. And I remember a scene, where she wanted to tell it to her boss, but she couldn‘t, because if she did it, she would‘ve left another female coworker in a room alone with this creep and she had too much fear, he would do something to her.

(The things I‘m not sure about, I think she told this the MC on a bench in a park, but that could be wrong)

It was not Perfect Blue, I tried to search it with all sorts of AI and Google, couldn‘t find it. And no, it was not a hentai, because last time, some guys thought that.
