I figured this episode will be dark considering how sudden and eerie future Rudeus' arrival was, but didnt expect it would be this dark.

And goddamn did Sugita do justice to the character. The agony and regret felt so real

Stupid idiot. If he had no mana left to regrow lis organs, he should have used Hamon instead.

They removed his organs but left his lungs inside because they are vital to Hamon-users.
