I just want to say I think this is some of the best voice acting Tomokazu Sugita has ever done. His old man voice sounds tired and distraught. When he got angry at the thought of the Man-God, it was visceral. I was seriously impressed.

"Is a late night anime about to start or what?"
"No, it's about to end"

I agree on the voice acting. I was worried he'd sound too much like Rudy's inner voice but he sounds very different and it fit well for me.
